- Ibarra (8/5): - La ubicación, en el centro centro de Castellón, el apartamento está bien como en las fotos, no te vas a llevar ninguna sorpresa, además con servicio de garaje en una ciudad que es muy difícil aparcar y más ese finde. Si tengo que ponerle un "pero" es el tema de entrar al alojamiento, se hace desde una app y es seguro y muy sencillo, el tema es que fui por la carrera y se me complico, porque corro sin móvil.

Accès à l'appartement très mal expliqué très compliqué et très peu de conseil, ( accès nécessite des applications sur téléphone, bluetooth et accès à internet pour pouvoir entrer) . Personnel ne parle pas les langues affichées parle très mal l'anglais et pas du tout le français comme indiqué sur le site. Équipements insuffisant. Aucun service personne pour nous accueillir et expliquer le mode d'emploi pour l'accès.

La comunicación con el dueño fue muy bien y para entrar en el apartamento ningún problema con la aplicación. No es cosa de los apartamentos pero el ascensor del edificio estaba roto, esto era un inconveniente para subir compra, maletas etc.

- joan (10/5): - por encima de todo, el excelente trato que nos han dado, ayudándonos en todo lo que hemos pedido, que no ha sido poco (íbamos a correr la maratón de Castellón, y nos han ayudado con facilidades para aparcar en la zona, o tener un parking de pago alternativo, por sólo 15eur; también nos han dejado podernos duchar tras la maratón, siendo mucho más tarde que la hora de checkout; hemos estado en contacto constante; se han preocupado de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario....) en fin, un servicio de 10 !!! nada

- Anne (7/5): - Estaba todo limpio. El Internet funcionaba bien y la tele tenía Netflix. La ubicación es genial, ya que la finca está cerca del parque Ribalta y del centro. La buena insonorización del apartamento se agradece. No quedaba ni bastante detergente para lavar los platos ni jabón de ducha y solo había un rollo de papel de váter, lo que nos obligó a ir a comprar. Nos decepcionó que no funcionaba la bañera de hidromasaje ya que los niños tenían mucha ilusión de usarla. En la entrada de casa y en el baño deberían colgar algunas perchas para las chaquetas y las toallas.

Apartment is current, modern, stylish. Lots of natural light, a bit of a view. Full size refrigerator and modern kitchen. The look of a high end hotel room with a lot more amenities and space ! Met expectations and more. The only negative was hot water in shower turned to luke warm/cold pretty quickly. For a solo traveler (I'm an American journalist doing a series of articles on cycling in Spain for several magazines) it was acceptable but for larger groups it might be an issue with those waiting

- yann (9/5): - apparemment neuf, spacieux,calme et très propre je suis n'ai pas eu d'instruction pour rentrer. j'avais un lien internet pour débloquer 3 portes. je me suis garé devant le garage mais je n'arrivais pas à ouvrir. j'ai demandé à quelqu'un qui rentrait de m'expliquer. il fallait monter dans l'appartement utiliser l' appli pour ouvrir la porte et récupérer les clés que je ne trouvais pas. j'ai envoyé un message au propriétaire qui m'a répondu rapidement mais je stressais car la voiture gênait dans la rue. Bref quelques explications auraient été les bienvenues

Matrac v menšej izbe je preležaný, pračku by bolo treba pravidelnejšie čistiť, záves v kúpeľni.

- Edgardo Rojas (7/5): Buen apartamento y mal trato con el parking. - El apartamento está en una zona tranquila y bien conectada. Tiene muy buenas instalaciones y es muy amplio. Insistí varias veces por escrito en que me dieran las instrucciones para aparcar el coche y sólo me indicaron como acceder al apartamento con un link en la web. Al llegar al apartamento de noche, la cochera estaba cerrada y nadie atendía para instruir como aparcar. Tuve que esperar un buen tiempo hasta que otro coche llegara y abriera la cochera para entrar y aparcar en cualquier sitio disponible. A la mañana siguiente manifesté este reclamo al arrendador y se excusó en que yo no habría indicado mi deseo de aparcar el coche (¿?) y me urgió a retirar el coche por estar usando algún espacio de otro residente. En fin, esto fue un desagradable inconveniente por el cual no recibí ninguna disculpa!!
