- Katja (8/5): - Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war ganz wunderbar. Auch der Parkplatz vor der Tür ist ideal. Es war makellos sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Der schon von mehreren Mietern angesprochene Zigarettengeruch liegt in der Tat in der Luft - hier insbesondere im Flur. Vielleicht würde sich die Situation beim Auswechseln des Teppichs verbessern. Es war wirklich super und wir bekommen bestimmt wieder, allerdings würden wir uns über eine neue Matratze freuen. Dies hat den Nachtruhe erschwert. Trotzdem, herzlichen Dank für Alles und bis bald Zigarettengeruch im Flur, die Matratze - wenn man TV schauen möchte, mit den Mobiltelefonen am besten aus dem WLAN, da sonst keine stabile Verbindung.

- Thomas (9/5): Übernachtung für einen Konzertbesuch - Wir waren für eine Nacht zum Sting-Konzert in Zwickau. Das Wohnzimmer haben wir nicht benötigt. Die Lage war perfekt. Check-in war unkompliziert und privater Parkplatz im Hof.

- G.k.c.de.v.services (9/5): Really enjoyed my stay here. - Great place close to everything you need. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable the shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. I found an Indian restaurant close by which was amazing. So would stay there again. Had a problem with the hob and cooker.
- Rita (9/5): Great stay in Zwickau - Monica was very helpful and answered every query immediately. She also left out key for closet where washing machine is located. Great kitchen facilities including dishwasher, although we didn't make use of them. Ate out as it was so hot during our visit. Area was fine but 25 minutes walk into city centre.
