The general cleanliness, we paid £150 for cleaning, yet the dishwasher was full and the carpet requires a scrub.
- Adil (4/5): Was a good stay , ruined by poor customer service - Property was very spacious. Very nice property with many rooms and a garden. Firstly the fence in the back garden is broken , was very hard to differentiate between neighbours and ourselves. Secondly the customer service has been abysmal, lack of communication regarding the property refunding my security deposit and an untimely refund aswell. They take longer than they say
- Patrick (3/5): Too many problems with nobody who cares - The distance to the centre of London. We didn't had much expectations, because the house was relativly cheap for a distance of 4-5 miles to the center of London, but the house was a mess.
The owner has many rules and expectations of the guests, but don't offer any service and help in return.
Adressed issues by other guests don't seem to care the owner and they obviously doesn't fix them as well.
The house has many problems. Some stutters and one toilet seat are broken, there are several stains on the carpet, the kitchen counters and on the tiles in the whole house, plates were broken and everything just doesn't seem cleaned before our visit... Just to name a few problems.
Biggest Problem is the leaky bathroom. Water just flows into the kitchen from above.
We contacted the owner about some problems. They said they will contact us to solve the problems, but that never happened.
The house was announced with 4 bedrooms, 3 beds and 1 futon. The futon is an inflatable bed, so its not a futon at all... A straight up lie.
I can't recommend this house even with the close distance to the city.

- Tereza (3/5): Poor - The advantage is the proximity to the grocery and the train and bus station, but that's all. This accommodation is definitely not suitable for eight people if you want to sleep comfortably. One of the beds is inflatable, and it is not possible to sleep comfortably on it. Upon arrival, we found that there was no toilet paper in either bathroom (fortunately, the local store was open until 10 PM). There are strange stains everywhere, and the carpet smells. On the last night, water started leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen (probably from the bathroom upstairs).
- Emers (9/5): Spacious house for a London trip with friends - Spacious house, very tastefully decorated. Nice garden. Located in a quiet area with a supermarket opposite. Bus service available at the end of the road with connections to Central London (house is in Camberwell area). Three double beds, all of which were very comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower room. Staff were very responsive via the app. Key box was tricky to get open. As it is a self-check-in property, we would have liked some written instructions about the WiFi and heating (but I did get a quick response via the app). Check-out at 10 am is quite early, though it is possible to pay extra to stay later.
