• Renato Bošnjak (10/5): Cozy stay in Rome - Self check-in process with detailed instructions which allows everyone to quickly get in the apartment, even when arriving in night hours like we did. Responsive host who responds quickly to messages. The apartment is very cozy, and although not big it provides everything you would need. The location is very good. It is near Vila Borghese gardens, and walkable distance from the city centre. Also, across the street there is a bus stop where Termini bus line goes.

• Lavinia Madalina (9/5): A nice stay - The owners gave us clear information about the accommodation and the surroundings (bus station, shortcuts, etc.) and this was very beneficial for us. The area is quiet, the view from the room is towards a nearby private park, a bit far from the tourist attractions, but the bus station is near the accommodation, and there are also shortcuts for walking. The room was clean, hot water, elevator. We had a nice stay.

Just the size of the apartment but that was fine since I knew it was a small flat already..

• Anja (10/5): - Apartment is cute, you have everything you need, bed is co comfortable, bathroom has a blowdryer. Location is great because its near all the famous turists spots but its in the street that is not loud. Bus station is 30 sec from apartment. Only thing that was a little tricky are walls in the bathroom, they were low in one part of the bathroom.

• Marina (10/5): - The apartment is cozy, nice, clean and corresponds to the pictures. We had everything we needed. There are nice cafés around. Easy check-in and check-out. We got full instructions from the host, he was very helpful. No noise from the street. It’s easy to reach the city center on foot or by bus. The mattress is a little firm, which may not suit everyone, but it was comfortable enough for a couple of nights. One small thing to keep in mind: the ceilings is a bit low in some areas, so taller guests might find it a bit less comfortable (It’s clear from the pictures)

The host made sure we had a very good stay. The accommodation lacked a space for cooking. Even though it was written in the ad, perhaps a slightly larger table could be used to eat.

• Edyta (9/5): - The stay was good and comfortable. I was able to get to the room by myself using the instructions sent to me by message. I was not disturbed by the owners, and I did not disturb them. The room was separate, had its own entrance, bathroom, microwave, and kettle, as well as all the necessary cups, which I really appreciated. Everything was clean. It was peaceful there, so I highly recommend this cute apartment.
• Nelton (9/5): Nice and no worries!!! - Good location, the elevator is very old, but I had no problems. The only minor difficulties were the two flights of stairs to get the suitcases up and the height of the bathroom. The owner is a very nice person, very kind!!! I understand the minor difficulties, Rome is a very old city, the most off the buildings to old. I liked the room!!!

• Etia (10/5): Beautiful neighborhood, great location, charming apartment - Beautiful location and a charming apartment tucked in the rooftop. It is no Ritz Carlton, but I appreciated how much thought was put into the place, from facilities to toile de jouy lampshade and a gorgeous vintage secretaire desk. We never met the hosts but they were cordial over the messages. The location was superb in my opinion, although I needed transportation to be dropped at the tourist centers, I preferred it that way, I felt like I was getting an elevated Rome experience, different from when I was renting next to the all "must see sights". The architecture in adjacent neighborhoods is stunning and the apartment overlooked the sea of greenery in what must've been a private villa. I can't recommend this place enough and won't be looking for anywhere else to stay in Rome from now on. Thank you!

• Benita (10/5): excellent stay - The host provided excellent instructions for self-check-in and quickly responded to my messages. The location was quite close to a semi-large supermarket and many famous sights. The area had some local small restaurants and felt very safe, also late in night. The available refrigerator and micro-oven worked and provided my breakfast. There was a desk where you could eat breakfast and do work. The bathroom and the whole apartment was in excellent condition, with nice colors & details, and fully equipped with plates, mugs, spoons, forks and so on. I enjoyed my stay, thank you! Compared to my bed at home, the bed was quite hard for my back, but I could sleep well. There could have been better instructions about how to open the entrance door from the inside of the building.

The owner responded quickly to questions and also had great recommendations for places in the area to visit. All in all, a wonderful place to stay for a short trip to Rome!

• Mai (9/5): On general, when compared with the renting fee, it is worth the money - I like the privacy that the accommodation gave us as it is self-check in and check out. The room is cute and have enough equipment. It gave us a comfortable experience of staying in Rome. The location is like 20-25 minutes of bus to the main attractions but there is a bus stop nearby so it is fine. The owner also gave us a recommendation list of places for dining The guidance to connect to wifi is only in Italian and it seems complicated so I just decided to use my own 4G As it is an independent room, there is no cleaning service during the stay. The elevator worked only if other people using it remember to close the electric door after they arrive to their floor, there were 2 times someone forgot to do that so I have to use the normal stair to reach the 5 floor.

• Islam (6/5): Pleasant - Location Communication with the owner is not convenient and doesn't respond in timely manner as expected Bed mattress is not comfy at all. There is a small window in the room without curtain where the sun lights comes in every morning starting from 6 am, that made my sleeping pattern bad .

One of the advantages of this location was that there were two bus stations nearby, which made it convenient for exploring the city and getting around. It provided easy access to various attractions and landmarks. Although we did not have the opportunity to meet the host in person, everything was already in place for us upon arrival. The check-in process was smooth, and the host had made sure that all the necessary arrangements were taken care of. It was a hassle-free experience, and we appreciated the organization and attention to detail. The room itself was tidy and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing. The amenities provided were sufficient for our needs, and we had no complaints in that regard. While the room may not have had extravagant features, it served its purpose well and provided a cozy environment during our stay. We appreciated the cleanliness and the effort put into maintaining a pleasant atmosphere.

The apartment was beautiful, organised, clean and the location is in an excellent area, extremely safe and close to all public transport. It is only a short bus trip to Termini, Piazza Venezia (Colosseum, Circus Maximus etc.) after many years of visiting Rome, this is definitely my favourite place to stay! We will definitely return here. The owners Peter and Antoinette were outstanding in their hospitality. They were available to answer any questions we had, they recommended some fabulous restaurants to us, kept us informed on local transportation and Peter went out of his way to take us to a Church so we could get a blessing on our relationship, absolutely amazing. We will never forget this trip and will forever be thankful to our hosts for this experience! Absolutely 10/10 for perfect stay! Thanks again👌😁
