- Elizabeth (8/5): Decent place, a good option when you’re not spending much time indoors - Decent location - around 5-10 minute walk to the gondola (although the back of the building is a bit rocky to walk over with young kids) We knew the pool and saunas were extra cost but 23euros per person, per day is crazy. Would have been better off financially just paying more for one of the bigger hotels where that’s included. We also only had 2 small towels each and the reception wouldn’t rent us any towels.

Otopark ile ilgili ne oluyor ne bitiyor halen anlamış değiliz. 9 yetişkin 5 çocuk olacak şekilde 5 oda kiraladık. Kış tatilinde kilma ile ısınıyorsunuz. 16 ve 12 yaşındaki çocuklar için açılabillir köşe takımına çift kişilik yatak diyoruz. Yatağın döşemesi miyadını doldurmuş, alt suntaları dökülüyor. Tahtalardan kendinizi korumak için 2 kat yorgan üstüne çarşaf ile konfor yaratmaya mecbur kaldık. Smart tv uygulamaları açmıyor ve tesis yetkilisi tv kanalları ile idare edin diyecek kadar rahat . 10’da boşaltılması gereken odayı 30 dakika gecikmeli boşalttık diye üst perdeden yazacak kadar da terbiye yoksunu..

- DIMOSTHENIS (3/5): I wouldn’t stay there ever again. Very disappointed. - It’s relatively close to the gondola on foot. Bad smell in the building and in the apartment (especially in the bathroom). The sofa for the kids to sleep in wasn’t made- we had to open it up ourselves. We had to even put the duvet inserts inside the duvet covers and the (yellow filthy) pillows inside the pillow cases (gross). The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and the noise from the ac unit made it impossible to sleep. All the furniture is old and worn out.

- Alida (9/5): Ski trip with kids - It was very comfortable and clean, very hot water and AC units were enough to keep us warm and clothes dry. We had issues with the internet the first day but we got alternative access soon and it was OK after that. All good.
- Tomasz (5/5): Accommodation standard disappointment, nice stay in Bansko! - Price for 90 days stay, friendly communication before arrival. Help with arranging airport transfer. Arranging additional reliable Wi-Fi! That was BIG PLUS! Very basic standard. Washing machine broken on arrival. Blocked shower drainage, host advised us to unblock ourself, when we refuse to carry a work host send a lady to unlock the drainage, she pour some chemicals and did not bother to check if the drainage is unblocked. We had to struggle with partially unblocked shower drainage. Leaking boiler pipe. Not enough kitchen utensils for long or short stay. Two teaspoons is definitely not enough. Kitchen knifes of poor quality, there was no way to sharpen them with provided sharpener.

Koltuk açılmasına rağmen konforlu değil iki parça olduğundan ortası yatarken açılıyor. Ayrıca koltukta ve ekstra verilen çarşaf ve yastıklarda saçlar vardı
- Hristova (10/5): - Хареса ми това, че беше чисто, тихо, спокойно място. Все пак близо до центъра а сякаш бяхме сами. Апартамента е прекрасен много уютен, чист и топъл. Всичко ми хареса!!! Този негативен отзив е за хотела, а не за апартамента, които наех. Басейна на хотела беше много малък, не поддържан, не достатъчно топъл. Има една обща съблекалня, тоалетна и баня ,в която нямаше топла вода.

- Цветелина (7/5): Негативни изненади - Никъде не е упоменато,че басейна се плаща,и при резервация няма такава информация и изведнъж....отивам на басейна и ......... трябва да плащам входа. В който и да е хотел ползването на басейна си влиза в цената на резервацията......и не плащаш нищо.....даже и сауна и парна баня ползваш. И това,че апартамента бил на частен домакин не е оправдание.....аз няма как да знам,че апартамента е на някой.....не може да подвеждате хората и да им сервирате в последния момент такива практики.

- Zara (7/5): Great apartment - Location was quite close to shops and the gondola. The apartment was lovely, clean and warm too, and the host was communicative and helpful. The wifi didn't work in one of the apartments and was not sorted out during our stay. The cost of the facilities in the hotel was quite high (45 lev for a day pass).
