• Bowman (9/5): - We loved the apartment! It was clean and tidy when we arrived! The beds were comfy, the lounge was lovely to relax in when we had been walking around. The kitchen was gorgeous and we had everything we needed! It was a nice quiet location and we could reach where we needed to by walking. The only two thing was the boiler was temperamental and we didn't have hot water! However the staff we spoke to got someone out on both days. The second technician explained to my friend that he had a similar boiler so all we needed to do was reset it! The other thing was in the apartment above the person would have their television very loud so my friend didn't get a good night sleep the first night. We just got some ear plugs for her.

• Daniel (9/5): Comfy and full of character - An excellent location and really gorgeous apartment, so much character and very comfy beds The only negative is the shower, it just needs a different shower head

W drugiej dobie popsuł się piecyk do ciepłej wody i wyświetlał błąd F29. Popsuta wtyczka do gniazda uniemożliwiała włączenie piecyka. Prysznic okropnie zaniedbany- nie sprzątany. Kanapa brudna i z plamami. Słuchawka prysznica uszkodzona . Pomimo prośby nie została naprawiona.

• Rachael (7/5): Good location and very spacious apartment - The property was located close to family members we were visiting. It is close to public transport trams and trains. It was also close to a small supermarket and many places to eat. It has air-conditioning. The rooms are very spacious. There were a few minor things about the apartment that could have worked better, such as curtain strings and shower head, but we gave feedback to property managers and they are planning to improve.
• Peter (6/5): Pleasant - Very comfortable and the apartment was in a good location There were no cups or glasses in the apartment. We could not make a cup of coffee in the morning. This was quite annoying.
• Dimitrios (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in an old building. it is in a location close to metro, bus, tram and 20 minutes walk from Duomo square. the apartment was clean with everything you need. it has large rooms and very good air conditioning and heating. picking up the keys to the apartment is very easy and the instructions are very understandable.
• Craig (8/5): Overall a good place to stay - Good location, beds were comfortable, fairly quiet. Booking.com advert was incorrect, said 3 double beds but there were only 2. Sofa beds are not suitable for an adult so we had to request a camp bed from the hosts who were happy to assist.

• Ana (8/5): Nice apartment in nice, trendy (but quiet) neighborhood. - Great location, very well connected. Amazing restaurants nearby, quiet neighborhood. The apartment has all the amenities and they provided complementary shampoo, body wash, coffee pods and dish soap. It has air conditioning and overall very nice. The updates are cosmetic, so it’s an old apartment with new furniture. There are really only two bedrooms (king size) and the additional “bedroom” is the living room where the two blue couches are turned down into beds (not the most comfortable). Only one bathroom but that is correctly listed.
• Paula (5/5): Ok but needs some small improvements. - Large apartment for a family in good location with good bedding and aircon and price. Kitchen wasn't functional for a family with only 2 pots and minimal cookware, although it has a dishwasher and washing machine they didn't work. Some windows don't lock (missing screws) and mold on pipe and windows of bathroom. Also needs to disclose passports need to be provided.
• Michael (9/5): a great place for families, central, yet a quiet and peaceful location with great restaurants and cafes near by. Will de - spacious, central, sunlit and close to great coffee shops, bars and restaurants.
