• Agustin (7/5): Cerrar siempre las ventanas con la llave!!! - Piso de dos habitaciones en Arrecife, agradable, bien equipado, en calle tranquila con poco tráfico. Paseando llegas en unos minutos al charco de San Ginés y a la zona comercial. Buena relación calidad-precio. Entraron al piso a robarme mientras dormía y se llevaron un bolso con mis pertenencias y un reloj. Es un bajo y entraron por la ventana. Mi error fue no cerrar con llave la cristalera. Mucho cuidado al salir, cerrar siempre la cristalera con llave!!!!

Room located near the road, slight noise at night through the windows,both from the road and from the neighbours. Toilet paper was not replenished during our stay. Owner comunicated with us only in spanish language.

Me parece un poco engañoso que en la descripción ponga apartamento con parking privado ( cosa que yo y creo que todos entendemos que viene incluido, si no se debería de especificar de otra manera ) se tenía que pagar aparte y te lo dicen un día antes de entrar a la reserva.Dado que es una zona de difícil acceso de aparcamiento. Sentimos también mucha prisa por el casero en abandonar el alojamiento antes de las 11 (hora máxima que se supone que es cuando hay que abandonar el apartamento). También es cierto que se pide total silencio que no hay por parte de los vecinos que están hasta las tantas haciendo ruido (algo que se debería hablar).

• Mia (1/5): Extremely disappointing and unhygienic experience – avoid! - I stayed in this apartment from June 8 to July 9. From the first day, I noticed strange bugs and insect eggs around the built-in wardrobes. Despite initially being told "not to worry," the infestation only got worse — bugs were soon crawling across the entire apartment: in the bedrooms, living room, bathroom, and even in our beds and clothes. I reported the problem multiple times, sent videos to the host, and contacted Booking.com. A pest control company only arrived on July 3 — nearly a month later — and treated just the wardrobes, even though I had sent clear video evidence showing the insects throughout the apartment. After the treatment, the situation got even worse. This seriously affected our mental well-being. We were sleeping with bugs crawling on us and waking up to sweep them off the floors. We felt like we were living in a contaminated space for an entire month. When we finally moved to a new apartment on July 9, we had to rewash everything from our suitcases out of fear we might bring the bugs back home. As a “compensation,” the host offered us a free parking spot — but parking is free everywhere in Arrecife, and I only had a rental car for 8 out of the 34 days I stayed there. This gesture felt completely disconnected from the seriousness of the situation. The apartment is also very dark, and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms cannot be turned off. For the price we paid (around €2000), this was absolutely unacceptable. Booking.com should take responsibility for the properties it promotes — this one did not meet even the most basic hygiene or health standards and completely ruined our holiday.

• Janfriedrich (5/5): Good size central of Arrecife, but unfortunately a lot of dirt - Arrecife, the size of the flat, contact to the owner, the parking lot in a garage nearby (as long as you have a car smaller than a Golf and you like to circle through a narrow garage) The apartment wasn't clean at all when we arrived. Our socks were black after 30min walking through the apartment (see the photo) and our 10month child started eating stuff like hair from the floor... we were cleaning the floor by ourselves, as we didn't want to wait for the cleaning stuff provided by the owner for the next day
• Sabina (9/5): Superb - Lovely clean and spacious apartment with everything you need, very easy to get to from the airport and everything is within a few min walking distance, shops, bars, beach etc lovely place in a lovely town.
• Dániel (7/5): Still good, but it was better - We stayed here 2 years ago, and now returned, because we had pretty good experiences. The biggest pro is the location, very close to the coast, and "downtown". The apartment is quite large, and has all the equipment you need for your stay. This time our experience was just "ok" instead of good. Some parts of the apartment really need some renovation / replacement. The bathtub is rusty, the mattress in the bed is simply worn and sagging. Some tools in the kitchen looked dirty, but it was more of a "this stuff is too old" dirty, than actual dirt. I hope the owners - who seemed really kind people - will take care of these issues and make this place a 9/10 again.
• Agata (7/5): Good and pleasant stay - Spacious apartment with all the facilities needed. Kitchen well-equipped. Very clean, great location, good contact with the host. Very good WiFi Not easy to park a car near the apartment, but we found a big parking 10 mins away. The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. There was a washing machine in the building but we weren’t able to use it, as it wasn’t clean (there were wet and smelly rugs in it left). Other than that, all good, very pleasant stay.
• James (9/5): Clean, comfortable, convenient - Location. 8 minutes walk from beach. 3 minutes walk from Centro comercial and supermarket. 3 minutes walk from waterfront restaurants and bars. 4 minutes walk from pastelería for bread or breakfast. 15 minutes walk from bus station. 5 minutes walk from taxi stand. €15 taxi from airport. Everything was good
• Desislava (10/5): Amazing - The apartment was very big, modern, clean. Fully functional kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and fridge. The property had everything with comfortable beds and TV. Absolutely amazing. The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great place close to local shops, taxi stand, and about 10 mins walk from the beach. N/a
• Wilma (8/5): Skip Arrecife - Spacious apartment, modern, clean, central location, friendly owner There were a few hick-ups but ultimately everything was solved. Arrecife, a big city out of the tourist zone, had surprisingly little to offer, so I would not readily go there again.

• Rafał (8/5): Very good - Apartment is very comfy. Arrecife is super empty and grey city that has basically not much to offer. If you're into having a good time with music on the streets, looking forward to nice restaurants and coffees, then I'd recommend to find other city to stay in Lanzarote.

• Vera (8/5): Very good - Very clean apartment with comfortable beds and couch. The host is very helpful and communicates well. The kitchen is suitable for preparing breakfast and simple lunches, but not for larger meals (no oil/salt /pepper) , no sharp knives, spatula in bad condition, etc.)
• Dániel (8/5): Great location, great value for money - The apartment is quite modern, bigger than expected, well equipped (kitchen stuff, hair dryer, iron, etc.), but the best thing is it's location. Close to the central, but far enough to be quiet. The host was helpful, even we never met - but everything went easily. The bed was a little bit small and too soft for us, but this is up to your taste. There are 2 more things to mention here - none of them is the fault of the owner, but you should consider when booking this apartment: there's an abandoned lot next to the building, which is often used as "pet restroom" and sometimes it .. stinks. The other thing is the soundproofness of the building, which is pretty poor. You can hear all neighbours, even when they yawning.

• Johan (8/5): Very good - The size of the place, and the cleanliness. The easy communication with our host. We did laundry on the rooftop, and enjoyed view. Even the smart TV was nice. Shopping and restaurants around the corner, and only a couple of minutes from the harbour and the beach. All the neighbors were really friendly. The back yard windows gave only a little light and air. Ground floor flat.
• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - Apartment in city center. Close evrywhere you need to. Excelent communication with owner. Helpful, friendly and fast replies. Little difficult to park in city center. But we found free parking area nearby. I was little too heavy for single bed but i slept on couch and it was fine.
