• Raul (1/5): Bad experience whit the management - I didn't see the room. When I arrive at 15:20 the rooms wasn't ready, the owner was rude and told me if I don't want to wait another 2-3 hours then feel free to cancel, even if they don't have return policy, he agree to return me the money.

• Anna (5/5): Kurzer Ausflug nach Stuttgart - Das Hotel / Apartmentgebäude ist sehr gut gelegen, Restaurants, Bäckerei und Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel alles in der Nähe zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Apartment war entsprechend sauber und das Bad auch modern. Wir sind erst auf kurz vor 21 Uhr angereist, dies hatte ich ein paar Stunden per Nachricht an den Gastgeber geschrieben, aber keine Nachricht erhalten. Ich habe ihn dann angerufen und er kam direkt...jedoch etwas im Stress. In diesem Fall wäre ein Selfcheck in per Keyboybox einfacher gewesen. Wir haben keine Info zu WLAN Code etc erhalten (Keine Hinweise oder Infoblätter auf dem Zimmer) Leider wurde mir auf die Frage hin, ob es die Möglichkeit gibt ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, wenn dieses nicht zu spricht, alles abgelehnt. Der Grund, weshalb wir ein anderes Zimmer wollten, da es leider sehr laut gelegen ist, man hat alles aus den Gang gehört und viel schlimmer war, das ich angegeben hatte, wir würden zu dritt anreisen, es aber für meine Tochter weder Kissen noch Decke gab...leider. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war sehr unordentlich, es hat unangenehm gerochen und die Ausstattung war auch nicht gut bzw keine Teebeutel, Zucker etc. o.ä, SCHADE

• Michael (1/5): Grauenhaft - Im Zimmer befand sich Schimmel an der Wand sowie das Bett war nicht ganz sauber. Außerdem war das WC auch dreckig. Es war schwer zu finden und die Lage war absolut nicht schön. Auf der Buchung waren Fotos abgebildet von einem großen Bett mit persönlichen Wohnzimmer, als ich dort angekommen bin waren diese aus meiner Buchung gelöscht und nur die Bilder vom eigentlichen Zimmer zu sehen. Schimmel an der Wand, Bett nicht sauber, sowie das WC. Lage unterirdisch, und Personal war unmotiviert. Für diesen Preis eine absolute Frechheit.

• Ema (4/5): Max. na 1 noc. Izby sa vobec nepodobaju na fotky ktore su zverejnené. Kuchyňa a kúpeľna boli špinavé - V blizkosti ubytovania bol obchod a verejna doprava Umývadlo v kúpelni bolo špinavé a nebolo tam ziadne mydlo, v kuchyni (ktora bola spoločná a nebolo to nikde napísané) bol zle umytý riad, v poličkách špina, rozsipané korenie. Myčka bola plná špinavého zaschnuteho riadu, pretoze nefungovala, trebalo doplniť soľ alebo niečo (blikali tam na červeno kontrolky). Boli sme tam 5 dní, kôš v kuchyni za ten celý čas nikto nevyhodil.

• petra (3/5): - Eigentlich nur die lage Fernsehen und Internet ging so gut wie gar nicht ,das lag wohl sm schlechten internet da war nichts möglich such nicht sls ich es reklamiert habe wurde es nicht besser. Es gab keinen Fön sodas ich sm morgen keine Haare waschen konnte zu kalt ,auch der Eingang sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, hintereingang nichts ansprechendes ,um den Parkplatz zu zahlen hat man much dann noch aus dem Bett geholt . • Petr (9/5): - Čisto, klíče předány po zavolání takřka okamžitě. Možnost si uvařit v kuchyňce (sporák, trouba, lednice). Postel pohodlná. Topilo se na konci září-ok. Lokalita mimo centrum, takže klidnější. Metro (U-bahn) do centra 50 m od domu. Nebo 500 m na vlakovou stanici Zuffenhausen (vlaky do centra nebo na druhou stranu do Kornwestheimu 3 minuty a dále na Flixbus směr Frankfurt/Mainz nebo Praha. Za pár korun a relativně rychle a bez řízení jste v ČR. Málo příborů v kuchyňce (asi to lidi nechávají na pokojích a pak než se vrátí od uklízečky, tak prostě chybí). Schody do patra- kdo nemá potíže jít do schodů, tak to samozřejmě neřeší. Když jde někdo po chodbě, tak je slyšet bouchnutí dveřmi, ale záleží na ohleduplnosti ostatních lidí. To odbíjení hodin na věži v noci jsme přes zavřené okno nevnímali- takže ok.

• Zsuzsa (3/5): - It was relatively clean and the bed was comfortable The place has not much to do with the pictures or the features listed here. I hate to write bad reviews but have to let it out of my chest. Upon arrival I had to wait outside on the street (or rather an alley) about 30 minutes until someone finally did let me in, that after a 10 hour journey, at 9:30pm.... The entrance is kind of thru the back door of a restaurant kitchen, full of its stuff. The room is tiny, "outlet near the bed" is non-existent, there is a community kitchen but the water heater doesn't work and I couldn't find a coffee spoon (which turned out to be irrelevant since I couldn't make my coffee anyway, the tap water wasn't hot enough for that). It is more a "Studentenheim" than a hotel in my opinion. Free WiFi does exist but good luck finding out the password (yes, I could've called them to ask for it but at a "hotel" I do expect some instructions or at least a piece of paper with the pw somewhere in the room, anyway, I managed). "Soundproof" is a little exaggerated as I heard the couple having sex in the other room as if they were in my room, so were the curch bells from the square. My headphones were essential. All in all, if you're looking for a place where you can have your coffee first thing in the morning or some quiet time, this is not a place for you. If you have nowhere else to stay, give it a chance.
