• Nils (3/5): Deception - Place was clean The pictures are deceiving, and I think intentionally. They make it look like it's a private kitchen but it's a shared one. I got a partial refund for this via booking.com after I complained. Also they use a 3rd party service for deposits and they overcharged me due to some alleged currency conversion error.
• Lucia (8/5): Good value clean cute room , modern vibe - Cute little room in a great location, good price for London There was a key in an inside door that I was told to leave in the door, which made me worry someone in another unit would take it and lock me in or out depending.

• Carly (1/5): Unsafe property with serious security breach — avoid. - We had to leave after just two nights due to a serious security breach. An intruder entered the building around 1:30 a.m. and tried multiple unit doors, including ours, for hours. There was no on-site security or support, and we no longer felt safe staying. We contacted the host and Booking.com requesting a refund for the unused nights and received inadequate support . We were also disturbed by the suggestion that guests should try to record intruders — which felt unsafe and inappropriate. Would not recommend — the property did not meet even basic safety standards

• Gddess (4/5): A peaceful space with potential, but a few key issues impacted the overall comfort of my stay. - Positives: • The space was very clean and nicely presented. • The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated having my own space. • The neighborhood felt generally quiet and safe. • There were a few food places within walking distance or easy to reach via delivery. • The team was responsive when I inquired about the spa and offered local recommendations. • One of the most unexpected and beautiful parts of my stay was a black cat visitation, which made my experience uniquely memorable. Areas for improvement: • The listing was misleading—there is no on-site spa, even though it was advertised as an amenity. • I never received a response regarding access to the washer, which was also listed. • The lock on the door did not function properly for the majority of my stay. I couldn’t lock it while sleeping the first night, and I couldn’t leave the unit securely for over a day. This greatly impacted my comfort and freedom of movement. • The lock was not repaired until the day before checkout, close to 2 PM. • There’s no elevator and access involves climbing multiple flights of stairs, which could be difficult for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. • There was no air conditioning in the unit. While it did cool off at night, it could still be uncomfortable during the day. • Communication lacked a sense of urgency—especially concerning the malfunctioning lock, which I reported at check-in. Given the nature of the issue as a safety concern, it should have been addressed immediately, not the day before checkout. Additionally, clearer, more responsive communication was needed regarding the advertised amenities.
• Paul (6/5): Pleasant - It was lovely for just 1 night. But we were staying for 3 nights. The kitchenette was far too small. We were expecting a 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen. I'm not sure if I didn't read the info properly or if the info was misleading. Very stylish, but not fully thought through. 2 train stations a very short walk away. The buses were close, too. Excellent location. Busy high street with lots of shops and food places It wasn't what I was lead to believe I was getting (that may have been down to me, though). The kitchenette was too small for a stay of more than 1 night. The exterior pictures were definitely misleading. It only had 1 chair for a couple, which was a little uncomfortable - 1 person has to always sit on the bed. A broom would be more practical than the dustpan and brush (no crawling around the floor. The ceiling pendant light could be moved just slightly so that it doesn't shine right in your eyes as you're sitting on the bed. The tv is in the wrong location - you can't see anything with the sun coming through the window. The apartment is very stylish but more style than function for anyone staying more than 1 night I just want to make clear that it was a nice apartment, but I think because we were older customers, we just had higher expectations. But for the money, it was good value
• Davina (6/5): Clean studio with lovely decor but sadly wouldn't book again - Loved the decor, it's what attracted me the most. Room was clean and appreciated the selection of kitchen equipment, hot drinks, water and the biscuits! However, would have preferred an eco friendly kettle rather than a plastic one. On arrival, had trouble accessing the room using smart pad (instructions wasn't clear). Took time trying to work out how to switch on certain appliances i.e. the cooker and the TV. Even the shower randomly stopped working and I had to find the fuse box! Perhaps have instructions on how to use these appliances placed on the wall? Neighbors were so noisy and didn't appreciate being told by owners to take rubbish out before the cleaner arrives on my departure day. Isn't that the cleaner's job?
