• Melissa (10/5): - La comodidad. Falló un poco la limpieza, porque encontramos bajo la cama artículos que no eran nuestros.
• Fatima Elizabeth (5/5): Desepcion - Las instalaciones del edificio, la decoración , la seguridad , las áreas verdes , ascensores, el personal, etc excelentes. El Dpto, es amplio, iluminado, lindo, sin embargo las camas muy incómodas, el colchón de la Cama principal hundido, la cocina no funcionaba , nunca la pudimos prender, cero comunicación con el anfitrión, nunca respondieron al número de wsp que dejaron, el cobertor de la cama de la segunda habitación sucio. para las personas mayores, lejos del metro Además hicieron un cobro sin autorización de mi tarjeta

• Vera Lúcia Cardozo Silva (9/5): Voltaria a me hospedar nesse apto. - Localização, próximo a metrô, farmácia, supermercado e restaurantes. Silêncio, conforto e praticidade. Não tinha itens como: pano de prato, abridor de vinho, toalha de mesa ou jogo americano e nenhuma toalha extra e tapete.
• Luca (7/5): Great place but need better cleaning and some extra key cards - Nice position and facilities. The apartment was brand new and comfortable. The apartment wasn't that clean and only o e key was provided which can be quite a problem when you travel with a group of people. Also you need the key to access the many doors between reception, garden, pool etc... which make it even more annoying.
• Ivana (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is located in a nice complex that has both indoor and outdoor pools, workspaces, and entertainment rooms. The staff at the reception were kind and willing to help, even though they don't speak English. When we arrived, the apartment was dirty, and the bedding looked like it hadn't been washed in months. Someone's unfinished coffee was left in the kitchen, and the bathrooms were terrible. After contacting the host with this complaint, we received no response (the phone number listed on Booking didn't answer, despite calling at least 10 times). We also didn’t get any useful response from Booking, so we had to clean the place ourselves in order to stay there for 10 days. The apartment does not have enough proper beds for 4 people. One room has a double bed, and the other has a small bed. The fourth person has to sleep on a mattress on the floor in the second room. The kitchen is very poorly equipped.
