• Asxl (10/5): Spacious, comfortable stay in Firenze, just a stone throws away from the centre - Wonderful, spacious apartment, well provided for and the hosts were so kind with their recommendations and helping provide what we needed for a comfortable stay with an 8 month old baby. The place was spotlessly clean too, so much so that we were happy for the baby to play/ crawl on the floor. Close to supermarkets, bus to central attractions but it was easy to catch. Because you’re not in the tourist centre, it’s quieter, more comfortable, and better bar/food options too! N/a

El barrio aunque apartado del centro es accesible a pie desde cualquier punto de interés y nosotros personalmente agradecimos que se respirara un ambiente más local en esa zona y no tan turístico Si vas a cocinar habitualmente algo de menaje podría mejorarse (por ejemplo las sartenes)

Private courtyard garden and modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. Good security on the building with 3 keys required to access the apartment. The price of parking was not included in our booking and we had to pay extra to park in a parking structure elsewhere, even though the filters used to find the property on booking.com stated onsite parking was included. The parking structure could not be access at all times. We had to pay for on-street parking for the final day as we had an early flight.

• Ákos (10/5): Wonderful, quiet and comfortable apartment just a short walk away from the centre. - Spacious, cozy and quiet apartment, just a 20 min walk away from the historic city centre. The owners are kind and helpful - we had some personal problems upon arrival and they helped us find a solution. The apartment looks just like on the pictures, has every listed facility and the bed is great. It helped us to have a wonderful visit to the famous city. Inside the building the mobile signal strength is low, but the Wifi works perfectly.

• Jamie (8/5): A good base to explore a lovely city - The hosts were very helpful: I was able to check in a bit ahead of schedule and they were there to hand over the keys and show me where everything was. They also gave me their number in case I had any questions and I was able to contact them several times (eg to ask about buying bus tickets). The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was handy: quite central and near to the Arno. There were restaurants within just a few minutes walk and the main sights of Florence were all within easy walking distance (about a mile). Hot water didn't seem to be available all the time. It's controlled centrally for the whole block. Sometimes I could get hot water and sometimes I couldn't.
• Meichun (10/5): Pleasant stay! - Great location, you can walk to all of the biggest attractions. The complex is very new. The apartment is clean and well organized, it has big rooms and a cute backyard. It’s also on the ground floor which makes transporting the luggage a lot easier. The owner was super friendly and came to welcome us in person. Many restaurants near the apt are much cheaper than the others across the river near the duomo. Highly recommend! Maybe add a mesh window screen in the bedroom to keep out the bugs. Not a big problem.

Host were absolutely amazing, gracious and attentive. Pleasant, secluded garden space available N/A. Everything was perfect

• Tetsuhiko (10/5): Exceptional - It takes 20 min from central station by bus 6, 12, and C4, but you can walk to the downtown while seeing beautiful city. The flat is located at ground floor, so clean and beautiful, and everything to live and cook is equipped so it’s perfect especially for the family with kids. Wifi internet connection is so amazingly strong and fast. The owners are so friendly and they welcomed us so warmly, and you can ask them anything you need. Regarding supermarkets, you can access three, but Esselunga is the cheapest and largest and we recommend it the best.
• Carolina (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything. The apartment has everything you need except an iron for your clothes. It is near to restaurants and supermarket, but it is in a quite and a relax area. If it was nearest to the tourist area would be perfect! Do not forget the repellent for mosquitoes.
• Armik (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located some 15-20 minutes walking distance from the center, in a very calm neighborhood. The host was amazing, the apartment was super clean, very beautiful, and the terrace made our mornings more enjoyable.
• Qing (10/5): Good location and comfortable room. - The appartment is not far from train station and the city center (20 mins walk). All rooms are clean and well prepared. Really great value for money . The owner is very nice. The owner is very nice. I highly recommend this apartment when you need to stay in Florence.
