Catalina (3/5): Check in was horrible - There is a $100 cleaning fee added at the end of the booking that I didn't notice. Also, the check-in was a slow and painful process, and it forced me to upload personal information on a website. There were no staff in the building that could help. After a long flight, I arrived at the place and tried to get the keys, but the lockbox didn't open. I called the emergency phone number, and they told me to wait in that same spot with no roof or shelter. I waited in the rain for an entire hour. I tried to cancel the booking but they didn't allow it. I only received $50 gift card after several calls. I ended up in another building that was comfortable, but I would not recommend it because of the problems I had.
