- Jill (3/5): Would NOT recommend this place to stay - That the shopping centre was just up the road Inconsistent instructions on how to obtain the keys for apartment and different name to what is on websites Broken furniture left on balcony Very uncomfortable futon bed Stained carpet from previous visitors - which i had to pay for to be steam cleaned Previous visitors' food and toiletries left there Very small 2 seater lounge which stained easily as it was white. Limited cooking tools - ie 3 frypans, 1 small saucepan, small amount of cutlery, blunt knives

- Ian (7/5): Great location and comfortable, but a few improvements could make it better and earn delux title - This review is for substitute Blackburn property due to double booking. Location and size probably better in the end. Good hot water, allowing pet, bed, cleanliness. No microwave, no mugs (we left new ones bought), toilet roll holder broken, flickering light in lounge, no instructions for anything, no soap holder in shower.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - Location to Box Hill Station and the fact it was easy to get into apartment with all documentation given in terms of T's and C's. Maybe make it known that the 2nd bed is there, but is not in an actual room, easy to sort out, but would be good to know given we were travelling with our youngest daughter.
- Paul (9/5): Superb - It’s a brand-new clean apartment in a great location. The TV needs an aerial. You can’t tune the television to get the standard channels
