Buena ubicacion, cerca de supermercado, negocios, cafeterias,etc. - Ubicacion Departamento un poco antiguo, el frigobar de la cocina pierde agua y mojaba el piso, la ducha del baño se había “descolgado” , el segundo juego de sabanas estaban rotas. La puerta batiente que separa la cocina hacia mucho ruido al abrir y cerrar
• Zornitsa (8/5): - Location is very good, it is a great part that you don’t have a fisical key but an automatic door lock, makes it easier for use. The shower wasn’t very comfortable and the doors made a lot of sound when opening/closing.

• Fernanda (8/5): Good value for location - The location is amazing, you have every shop nearby, many options to eat as well as all types of transportation. Super easy to get to the city centre. Also, the apartment was very clean and had an adequate size for my family (we were 2 adults and 2 kids). These did NOT have a super bad impact on our stay, but to mention: We could do with a shower head holder There’s a door between the entrance and the living room which is annoying Generally it is an old apartment and could do with some renovations This said, I would stay here again considering the price and location

• Anton (1/5): - Location Shower head is broken air conditioning doesn’t really work. Booked a room with 2 beds but the second bed was a couch that we had to make up ourselves
• Flaviur (9/5): Fair apartament for a family - We enjoyed very much the location. It was close to our objectives for the visit. One of our kids was taking part, for a week, at a Camp în Madrid and their drop off point was close by. The Wi-Fi worked really well, as I was able to work for the week and the ladies were close to shops. We were able to visit a few place in our free time, transportation is close by. Kitchen was very useful as well, as the kids wanted some home cooked meals. Nothing fancy. AC works just fine when is hot, really difficult to find something notable to complain about. The only thing that's worth mentioning was the presence of an unpleasent smell on the apartament lobby floor but it didn't get in the apartament so we could ignore it quickly.

• Miroslav (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment in a great location. Would benefit with an modernisation. Bed is not really comfortable and it definitely needs a better mattress but as it is, this apartment is excellent value for money. Location is excellent, very close to Bernabeu, train station to the airport and metro to city center. Also, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Would definitely book it again.

• T-co (8/5): Very good - Location. Spacy and clean room. Good kitchen incl. microwave and furniture. After receiving door code, easy in and out. Good water pressure and temperature at shower room and sink. The initial instruction to check in via Booking.com app was garbled. I called the reception when arrived at the building entrance, but the reception didn't take the phone call for the first time. It took some time to complete check in. The receptionist over the phone seemed not experienced well but kind and polite enough. After all I can check in and then no problem. Bathroom amenities and toilet tissues are not good quality. Shower room drain is poor.
• Green (10/5): Hidden gem - Perfect location and good value for money. Close to shops and restaurants and the place was perfectly clean and comfortable. The host was super responsive and very helpful.
• Romano (8/5): Definitely a good staying in the wonderful city of Madrid! - It's for sure a nice place to stay and visit Madrid: it's located close to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, but not on the main road, so you won't suffer too much from the traffic noise and in general nights are quiet and pleasant. There are several metro stations close to it (I recommend using Nuevos Ministerios, it has a link with all the other main lines and also to the airport one, so is really handy) and with the metro you can literally go everywhere, so it's a nice plus. The apartment itself is small, but it has everything you need for your staying: you are provided with linens, sheets, towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap, hair dryer and whatever else. There's also a kitchen corner - in case you prefer to prepare something to eat on the spot instead of going out for lunch or dinner - and a small laundry with a washing machine (and they even provide you with detergent in the welcome kit!). Last but definitely not least, the host is absolutely FANTASTIC: always available both on WhatsApp and on the phone if necessary, they have promptly answered whenever we were in need for something or experiencing some little issues, even speaking a decent Italian - in addition to English - to make themselves more understandable. The price was absolutely honest and commensurate to the overall quality of the accommodation. In summary, it was a good experience and we feel we can recommend it to anyone! When we arrived the cleaning had not yet been done, but it was simply due to the fact that the lady was a little late due to personal problems (and she apologized even beyond expectations)... so, if it also happens to you, don't worry: it will be done and in a good way, so not really an issue, just mentioning it to avoid other people a little shock. :-) The system for unlocking the front door with a code is brilliant, but the keypad is not very much cooperative: it is really hard to type it in so that it accepts it and it often took several attempts (and, because of this, it even went into alarm mode once, freezing completely for 15 minutes). You're provided with a link you can use to unlock the door remotely via web, so, again, not a big issue... but would be nice to fix it for less technology-savvy guests.
