• Miray (8/5): It was great. - The location and the studio itself was great. The only coffee tool was the coffee maker. It would be great if there would be easier and faster coffee options. For a single traveller, brewing coffee is a bit wasteful and took more time than someone would wish when they have limited time.
• Agata (9/5): A cozy hide-away if you need one. - The location is great. I was able to prepare my own meals - the kitchen is well equipped. Still a lot of places to eat out located nearby. The Design District is a great place. Some of the door handles in the apartment need to be fixed :)

• Chihiro (8/5): - とても可愛くて素敵なお部屋でした。キッチンにはレンジはないが食器や調理器具が揃っていて、自炊しやすいと思います。 場所はトラム10のTarkk ampujankatuが一番近いです。 指定されたオフィスへ行き鍵を受け取るという体験は初めてでしたが、事前に送られてきていたメールにはその鍵が入っているボックスの番号や解除番号が書いてなかったので大変でした。後から来た旅行者に電話してもらって解決しましたが。 事前にメールに書いてありましたが、部屋の鍵（電動）は開けにくかったです。また、1階と書いてありますが、ヨーロッパでは2階を意味しますので気をつけてください。 エレベーターなしと書いてありますが、一人乗りほどのエレベーターがあります。また、清掃費25€を現地で支払うと書いてありますが請求されませんでした。 洗濯機を使いたかったのですがマニュアルがなく、洗剤もどれを買ってきたらいいのがわからなかったので使えなかったのが残念です。鍵の使い方も含め、日本人にはハードルが高かったです。 しかし、メールで問い合わせしたり何度も電話しても、しっかりと対応してくださり、安心して過ごすことができました。是非また訪れたいです。ありがとう！
• Robert (7/5): Quite located appartment in the vibrant center of Helsinki - The location of the appartment is perfect. Very central and close to the Design district with its bars, restaurants and shops. Checkin and checkout is fully without personal contact but the instructions are pretty clear. The equipment is good. Everything you could need. There was no TV. Anything else was pretty fine.

Everything was provided in the kitchen and bathroom 6. Neighbors was helpful/kind 1. Please write it down in English for the washing machine. 2. The small bed wasn’t made up. I couldn’t sleep on it and it was scary to climb up the ladder. The apartment is not suitable for 3 person. I had to sleep with my parents on the queen size bed. 3. You gave me the wrong name. The door was named PALGREM and you told me it was SALLINEN. Thankfully, the neighbors helped us out. 4. The neighbors called the number you provided bcs we couldn’t find the name on the door. The machine was in Finnish language. We should be able to have options(preferably English).
