The garden was a bonus extra
Flexible staff let me check in early. Really appreciated Not much
- Bryan (10/5): Comfortable stay - Well appointed with everything that you could need.
Great for the underground , and local amenities
- Grayham (9/5): Everything we needed for our london break away. - Clean, functional and had everything we needed. It was perfect for us. - thank you Small bathrooms
- ABDULKAREM (10/5): An outstanding stay in London — this will definitely be my preferred place whenever I visit the city again. - The apartment was absolutely wonderful. It is beautifully designed, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The location in Kensington Olympia is excellent, with easy access to transport and great neighborhoods nearby. The host was very professional and communication was smooth from check-in to check-out. I truly felt at home during my stay. Nothing at all. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations.
- Claire (10/5): Great stay, I enjoyed but if ur not very small or flexible this would be no good to u has u can’t stand in bedroom area - Great location Nothing really
- Aisha (8/5): - Location Facilities
- Alison (10/5): -
- Nathan (1/5): -
- Priya (9/5): Overall, best location. Easy to communte in center, places to eat and supermarkets nearby - Comfortable stay with all basic amenities in place when we arrived The heating was not consistent, it was often cold in the mornings
- Mihaela (4/5): -
- Kaitlyn (7/5): Nice location, but facilities need maintenance - We liked the location. Check in an check out was easy. Mould in shower. Shower and shower sink drain partially clogged. Toilet lid doesn’t stay up, falls on you during use. Toilet door latch broken. Very thin walls, could hear neighbours at 5:00am
- Phil (3/5): Definitely not well appointed, good location if that’s all you need - It was clean Well appointed ? no effort to make this comfortable or attractive.
Garden? a depressing area full of weeds and empty beer cans and nowhere to sit.
Flat? Is second rate.
Entry system challenging - took 30mins to get in.
Beds - in the mezzanine a mattress on the floor, once you crawl in many adults would struggle to sit up. The other bed in the main flat is a few inches high which includes the very thin mattress, so uncomfortable shoulder and hip pain ensued.
Wardrobe -4 drawers but 3 are full and can’t be used
Kitchen smelly drains and peeling paint on cabinets
If you want to watch tv you have to perch on the bed with air as a backrest No sofa.
The first air bnb I’ve stayed in where I’ve felt the owner is really just taking the mick.
- Andrew (7/5): The studio, was exactly what I needed for a business trip in Central London. - TBH the process of getting into the studio was not great, however I will give credit for the video provided, visually showing you the process.
Overall the studio met mine, and my colleagues needs for our business trip in Central London, the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. The flat was exceptionally clean and well appointed, so definitely no complaints there.
Overall it was ideal, but just by way of feedback, the kitchen is quite 'tired' and need of changing, the shower was great, but was hanging on by a thread! You are definitely missing a trick by not having the back garden as functional and useable space! This was not easy!
I had not received the key pad code for the studio. I called the host who did not answer and sent a text stating they were busy. Via text I explained that I was stuck outside the property, after being initially fobbed off, after a ping pong of several messages, I was eventually given a number to contact someone, who was actually very helpful and guided me through getting in, had this been later, the process would have been a nightmare, and it was stressful enough as it was!
On the sat evening, there was allot of noise in the late/early hours of the night/morning from revelers upstairs, I guess to be expected, just not great when you have work the next day.

- Egeth (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean tooms and quiet area. Good for familys.
- John (7/5): Stay was ok because of the location. The big issue was the bed because of the very low head hight. - The location was excellant. The double bed on the mezanine floor as you had to crawl to get to the bed because of the very low head hight.
- Sharon (1/5): Bad - Good location with coffee shops and metro in walking distance. Garbage bags were left outside apartment door that became infested with flies inside the apartment. Constant noisy construction in the building day and night that was not mentioned at the time of booking. Bed is just an uncomfortable mattress on the floor. Cleaning lady and building maintenance entered the apartment with no warning or permission. Host is rude and narcissistic when safety issues were brought to his attention.
- Nadira (8/5): Very good - overall everything was good :) some people rang our doorbell & kept knocking our door around 3am i supposed they were drunk or something. a tad scary for us.
- Krissi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hazel (7/5): Good -
- Bcincb (7/5): It's fine for a short stay. - It's just like the photos. You can hear the neighbours coming and going late at night.
- Austin (8/5): Very good - Comfortable and homely good location,
Hoover,Washing machine and airer
Clean kitchen wi crockery and cutlery. Coffee, tea and sugar just need milk for that first brew
Fridge freezer
Clean and comfy bedding and towels provided
The toilet was lovely and clean and had toilet roll and soap as did the shower room including shower gel shampoo and conditioner
- Tina (7/5): A reasonable bolt hole for a weekend away. - No problems in booking/paying/finding the property etc, and although it looks smart on the photos (photos always look better) it was as I expected, functional and had what was required for a weekend escape. My biggest issues were the toilet in a cupboard where the seat had to be wedged open and none of the kitchen plugs worked so we had to unplug the fridge each team we wanted to use the microwave/kettle/toaster.
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (9/5): Superb -
- Turt9 (10/5): Great stay in London - Superb location, easy to find and gain entrance. Clean and warm. Perfect, would definitely stop here again. Unfortunately only 1 of the 3 lights in shower room were working. Very minor thing really.
- Terri-ann (9/5): Superb - Close to grocery shop and take away, close to buses and trains.
The apartment has towels, soaps, cleaning soaps and bedding.
It is clean and easy to check in and out.
We had a great time here, thank you.
- Merle (9/5): Nice, quiet area. easy to reach from metro. Nice apartment and everything worked out fine. - There weer shower cream and shampoo, towels etc needed to travel light. Kitchen was ok with salt, sugar, oil and tea. It was a bit difficult to get the code of the door but fianlly everything worked out fine.
- Humam (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristel (9/5): Superb -
- Amine (10/5): Best place in London - Lovely flat in a very quiet area Everything is perfect
- Daniel (8/5): I would comfortably stay here again! - The location was very convenient. Comfortable and clean unit. The lock on the bathroom door is broken, and the toilet seat cover is oddly over-sized making it impossible to stay up. The lights could be a bit brighter, but there are large windows allowing for plenty of natural light.
- Tamara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Movahednia (10/5): Exceptional - Location, facilities, access to public transport, everything was amazing If there were a pair of sandals, then it will be perfect
- Martina (1/5): Bad -
- Gary (7/5): Good -
- Austin (9/5): Really good - Fun and clean and well managed Overall good value for money and good facilities
- Sarah (10/5): Exceptional - The space is amazing for the price, a great find
- Glory (8/5): It’s good - The area was nice and convenient to get to Kensington and Hammersmith through driving. The area is good to get to the city centre The stairs to the top bed was uncomfortable and not enough room to move around
- Portia (8/5): Very good -
- El (10/5): It was excellent - Very convenient walk from West Kensington Tube. Great Wi-Fi. all the amenities you need in the kitchen. Someone has spent serious money on maintaining this apartment. Would definitely stay there again. The key process was a bit irritating because it did not correspond with what was shown on the. Yes the key was in a lock box outside just like in the video but that only gets you into the building. In the video there is another key shown for entering the apartment however in reality this wasn't the case. There was in fact a lock requiring a code and the code wasn't sent to me so I had to call the host. If the video is updated there will be no problems
- Hu (6/5): amazing location and nice neighborhood but cleanliness is a little lacking - location was amazing just 5 min from underground west kensington. Tesco supermarket was also 7 min away which made it very convenient for us. nice and cozy room for a good price. the toilet and the rest of the bathroom was separated and the door to the toilet wouldn’t close. the water boiler and some pans were dirty.
- Patch66 (7/5): Good Stay - Clean, good kitchen, good value for money. No parking, no toilet tissue, someone else's towels drying, no soap in bathroom or toilet.
- Erika (5/5): Good location, small flat - Great location close to underground station Fridge had a bad smell and found it wasn't plugged in.
Couldn't get the hob to heat up.
The light switch for the toilet only worked occasionally.
There was alot of moths in the flat and not sure how they were getting in. Had to kill them before going asleep.
- Ioana (10/5): Perfect place for an overnight stay - Very easy to access, the flat contained everything you would need for your stay
- Zoe (6/5): Pleasant - location the bed was just a mattress on the floor and there was no instructions on how to access keys. we waited outside for about 15 mins to get hold of someone for instructions.
- Kay (9/5): will def book again - clean convenient nothing
- Jessica (7/5): enjoyed it - nice and cosy, good area couldn’t figure out how to work the oven - no instruction manual either
- Zak (7/5): good value for money very clean place however the car parking was an issue - I like the fact it had a lot of appliances and space to move. was very good for a group trip but would be just as good for a fewer everything was brilliant apart from the fact the description of parking in the advertisement said 24 hours parking for 25 quid which was a lie as I had spent 12 quid every two hours as there was no option for 24 hours which led to me spending around 38 quid just to park the car so I’d recommend not driving and parking at the location. I did have a look around for car parks close with 24 hours and none were even close to £25
