• Marianne (7/5): Great location, spacious apartment, but pillows were very uncomfortable and had yellow stains. The heater was too hot an - Centrally located, really good spot! Apartment is big and spacious, also very clean. Pillows were yellow/stained and very high and hard. Wasn’t comfortable at all. Also, the heater was incredibly hot, (we couldn’t find the remote (didn’t seem like we could control it), and all of us were sweating which really disturbed our sleep. We tried contacting the staff but we only got AI responses.

• Linda Davcheva (8/5): - The flat is at a great location, close to taxis, at the heart of the city, feeling the vibration of the city. It was not noisy in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were cosy, there was everything we needed in the appartment. 1. When we entered the flat it was cold, and took 4-5 hours to warm the appartment. We arrived at night and the kids were freezing inside. We all slept with clothes and added as much blankets as we found. The heating is working very well and my advice is when you expect guest switch on the heating to have normal temperature in the flat. 2. There was no coffee machine. It's very comfortable to have an espresso machine with capsules.

• Pablo (9/5): Pequeños y solucionados problemas. - Amplio y moderno. Bien ubicado y muy cómodo. El congelador bloqueado por hielo. Las luces de los descansillos no funcionaban en el piso y en la entrada . Se obturó el sumidero de la terraza con la moqueta y con las lluvias casi desborda. Tuve que solucionarlo retirando la moqueta bajo 20 cm de agua de lluvia.
• Patricia (9/5): - Un departamento súper bien ubicado. Lo encontramos limpio y tiene lo necesario para pasar una estancia en Granada. Los dormitorios amplios y cómodos, el baño nuevo y remodelado. La manera de instrucciones para el ingreso es sumamente fácil. Lo único que les sugiero es poner papel toalla en la cocina para poder limpiar mesones y vajilla.

• Antonia (5/5): Decepción al conocer el apartamento - Insonorizado Muchas cosas, en realidad se llama apartamento Mesones 11( no te lo dicen hasta q lo alquilas )y las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. El apartamento estaba sucio, la ropa de cama rota y quemada.Cojines y colchas de sofás sucias y con mal olor; y todas las estancias muy deterioradas. El comedor da a un callejón por el q de noche entran olores de las cocinas ajenas.Los enseres de la cocina no se corresponden con lo q publican en Booking,eran bastante antiguos y usados.No tiene parking aunque lo leas en las características del apartamento. El sistema de llaves es una tortura, es a traves de un check-line del wasap de su número de móvil por la q conctatan contigo y solo puede abrir la puerta la persona q hace la reserva con su movil, es decir no hay llaves y todo los huéspedes depende de ese móvil para entrar.El patio estaba sucio y no lo pudimos disfrutar.Tienen una parte del armario/ropero q usan de almacén recoge todo lo roto. NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!

• Cecilia-Arg (7/5): Un lugar muy lindo en Granada pero con varias cuestiones de accesibilidad a mejorar - La ubicación, las comodidades, la limpieza y la decoración del departamento. La luz del hall de ingreso al edificio no funcionaba, por lo que estaba todo oscuro. Toda la información que recibí por whatsapp era en inglés, y no era sencilla de interpretar. Para acceder al departamento, tanto la puerta de ingreso general al edifico, como la puerta de ingreso al departamento utilizan una llave digital que se desbloquea con el teléfono. Esa llave nunca pude compartirla con los demás huéspedes, por lo que era la única persona capaz de abrir la puerta del dpto.

Despite telling them the arrival time. We were on time. The front door was closed. If we hadn't had internet etc, it would have been a disaster. However we rang a mobile no and after some time were given the codes. Handed the keys over by a person.
