• Melissa (3/5): Good location, bad room. Would not recommend. - Very central location close to everything. Interesting old traditional building with character VERY loud at night with drinkers walking in the street directly outside. Couldn't close bathroom window entirely due to the vent so mosquitos were coming in constantly. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor Black Mould in the bathroom. Hosts not interested in rectifying or even acknowledging this.
• Elliot (4/5): Don't bother. Stay in a hotel - Location Overpriced. Very basic, old tired room. Marketed as rustic. No storage worth using. Uncomfy bed. Aircon isn't really cold. Works but not well. Basic bathroom. Rubbish shower. Scolding hot or freezing, you choose. No lift, beware if you need one. 2 flights of stairs. Rubbish communication from keysofitaly. The worst part though was the system that you have to complete to give all your details, photos of passport, selfie of you with passport. Flights, address etc etc Apparently Italian law but we didn't need to do it anywhere else. Really buggy and doesn't work well. Cant advance screens. Takes ages. Don't bother. Stay in a hotel.
• Louise (7/5): Great location but very noisy. - Great location near all the main sight seeing areas. Large property and plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Clean and well presented. Street noise was inescapable going on until 4:30am with loud Americans shouting up and down the streets, playing music and smoking outside the property. We just couldn’t get any sleep. This is not the fault of the property but it was two mid week nights that affected our stay. If you love the party scene you may have enjoyed it, but we just wanted to sleep. Shower was temperamental going from scolding hot to freezing cold, difficult to regulate.

• Merry (9/5): Wonderful, quick stay. The perfect little apartment and location, very comfortable. - Great location, great wifi, perfect size for a couple! Hard to find from address - maps took us to an apartment down the street. Just map to Amirino acres the street.
• Olivia (10/5): Exceptional - The location It was loud at night. But to be expected when you’re in a city and you’re located in the center of bars, restaurants, and shops.
• Denise (7/5): Good - The location was excellent. Having a kitchen and washing machine fabulous It is a quaint little apartment with traditional windows and walls. We did enjoy our stay, of course, it's Florence!! The pressure in the shower was not suffient to ignite the hot water ... eventually we worked out if you turn the hot water tap on at the bathroom basin ( just a little) you could get hot water... but very low pressure.. there is a buzzer in the shower which I figured is if someone else runs a tap in the apartment the shower goes cold, so you can let them know... The location truely is fabulous but be prepared to put up with a lot of partying noise from the street... oh and 30 steps to get to the room 🙄
