• Victor (10/5): We were accomodated and taken cared well during our stay in SureStay Hotel in Raminthra, Bangkok. - The Filipino manager did a great job of caring for me and my family when I got an accident at the stairs near their parking space facility. He assisted us and took care in sending me to the hospital to be treated and took care of my kids' continuous stay in the hotel while my wife accompanied me in the hospital for treatment and then spent another night at the hotel to rest and go back home the next day. Kudos to the manager and his staff too. God bless the management of the hotel. 🙏 👍

• Pella (10/5): Alltid nöjd när vi är här! - Sköna sängar! Super bra personal. God mat på restaurangen prisvärt! Enda nackdelen är att det ligger lite långt från centrum. Men det är ändå enkelt att ta sig in.

• Christian (8/5): Nähe Flughafen… Preis/Leistung in Ordnung - Es war sauber, geräumig mit schönem Pool. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. 7/11 ums Eck. Einziges Highlight für uns in dieser Gegend ist ein Shopping Center ca. 15min entfernt.

• Shah (1/5): An convenient location and alot bugs in the room, specifically mosquitoes - The customer service was poor, there were no room service, and also location getting to the hotel you have go 3 time around the highway to get there. Basically the location is not convenient at all, closest things 7eleven. Nothing that I liked of this hotel

• Robinson (9/5): I love it up...small but great accommodations - I like everything except there was no microwave however there is a microwave in the restaurant. However several restaurants are in walking distance (less than 3 mins walk). Also 20 mins from Fashion Island walking. I love the feel of the room and the staff, it is like a small community The only thing there is no microwave in the room.

Everything was very Very clean very comfortable staff were super nice. Breakfast was really good overall nothing bad to say. My view from my room was directly to the highway. That’s the only thing that bugged me a bit

• Jm (2/5): - Confortable MAIS ATTENTION Suite a une petite goutte de sang suite a une petite blessure involontaire au coude ,700 bath a payer.....pas trés commerçant ni intelligent pour quelqu un qui a sejourné 12 jours a l hotel et qui y a déjeune et soupe tous les joyrs.et qui étzit censé y sejourner p,usieurs fous dans l annee ..petite arnaque a la thailandaise..bref un client qui ne reviendra plus...il y a suffisamment d hotel a bangkok pour choisir..

• Jorn (9/5): Erg fijne plek - De kamers zijn erg leuk ingericht met een boven en beneden verdieping. Dit geeft ook de mogelijkheid om wat meer je eigen ding te kunnen doen. Het is een erg hoge kamer, wat een extra ruime indruk geeft. Het personeel is erg aardig en waren bereid je te helpen wanneer nodig. En een supermarkt (7-eleven) is om de hoek. De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Vooral de buren maakten veel lawaai in de ochtend. De trein is gemakkelijk te bereiken, maar de afstand tot het centrum is toch al snel 1 uur. Een kleine tip, verkoop wasmiddel zakjes dan hoeven klanten dat niet zelf te halen :).

• Hava (8/5): - Wij kozen speciaal voor een hotel tussen de beide luchthavens omdat we in de nacht toekwamen en in de ochtend terug moesten vliegen, daarvoor was de ligging ideaal voor ons. We hadden een zeer ruime kamer (studio) met zicht op de zwembad. Dat er smorgens om 7u al kinderen aan het spelen waren aan het zwembad.

• Natalia (8/5): Big rooms and close to kids attractions - Rooms are pretty with good size and big windows. Siam park, Safari park and big Fashion mall are close. There is a kitchen, but no utensils. Breakfast was 269 baht and it is kind of expensive for Thailand. I took my shoes off while in the room and my feet were black in the evening. Floors were not clean. A lot of dust under the bed. Bedding and towels were white and fresh.
• jack (10/5): - Nice big family room, with good beds. Nice small kitchen, and a washer for the clothes. Very good price for a place to stay a little outside the hustle and bustle. Nothing, everything was fine.
• Mariam (1/5): - The first room i was provided with had a bathroom littered with short hairs. The second room had a large flying cockroach that scuttled up the wall and towards me on the bed in the mezzanine on the second evening. After that, i left the hotel, I only stayed for one of the 7 nights i paid for. I was assured i would be refunded for my stay, and while the hotel is not required to honour this agreement, it reflects poorly on them that they didn't.

• Zyad (7/5): Overall it was good considering it’s alot cheaper than other hotel options. - Staff were super friendly and helpful, I’d give them full mark. The place was clean. Price was great. I did’t expect climbing up stairs to get to my bed! While this doesn’t bother me, I am pretty my wife would have left the hotel if she was with me as she has back problem and wouldn’t be able to climb up and down steep set of stairs every time to get to bed! Location is not great if you want to walk to shopping and amenities. You need to book BOLT (Uber doesn’t exist in Thailand), Taxi is expensive. You have to buy your own drinking water from reception.
