• Katerine (9/5): - Muy buena ubicación,muy limpio,comodo,bonito,com todo lo dispensable para la estancia Lo del pago,no soy residente y se me hizo un cobro por cosas de aseo (todo hospedaje o hotel proporciona lo esencial) y un servicio que no me queda claro que significa la palabra servicio,pues no soy residente y era como el impuesto cambiado ppr la palabra servicio.Mi pago total era uno y se me efectuo al final otro
• Sharon (9/5): A beautiful location with everything you need. - It was a privately owned 3 bedroom apartment on the 40thFloor. The views were amazing!!! There is a pool/ bar. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around the area and Ubers to the walled city were cheap. The beachfront was under renovation so it’s a hikoi to the nearest spot to swim and sunbathe. The bonus was a large washing machine drier. The agents were easy to contact and quick to sort problems.
• Marcelo (9/5): - El edificio y el apartamento en un piso 40 son impresionantes las vistas tal cual las fotos, camas cómodas 3 baños 2 en suite. La piscina infinita en reparación igual hay otra más chica. Muchos restaurantes casa de cambio, farmacia 24 hs enfrente. La playa frente al apartamento está cerrada por obras, hay que caminar 2 cuadras hasta otra playa. La playa de boca grande es linda pero infestada de vendedores ambulantes que hacen difícil relajarse. Para hacer playa no recomiendo.

The host was very accommodating. - I been going to Cartagena every summer for the last 10 years, staying in Palmetto Eliptic and this was the nicest apartment we stayed in. We plan on booking the apartment in the future. The apartment was wonderful. The only thing I could complain about is the bathroom door in the bedroom I stayed in did not stay shut but it should be easy to fix.

• Svetlana (3/5): Never again - The view is very nice. Mattresses is nice. Location is nice. Friendly lobby staff Apartment furniture, doors , felling apart. Very tiered, old. Apartment is very dirty. Pots, pens, all kitchen utensils are old and dirty. Only 2 big knifes which are not cutting! Kitchen stove never was cleaned properly, mirrors was never cleaned properly- sprayed and smeared. That's all the cleaning is. Very fluffy carpet - this is not what should be in a apartment that is rented out, it was full of dirt and dust. Looks like it never was touched by vacuum cleaner. And only old broom ( felling apart) and mop was available yo clean the floor. Every corner in this apartment was never properly cleaned. Around the toilets, inside of the sinks (around the drain) is green and brown dirt. Showers fool if fungus!!!! The most terrible-there are small cockroaches running all-over! This apartment needs to be cleaned and disinfected, furniture and kitchen pots, pens and utensils need to be updated.

• Sylvie (10/5): Stunning apartment - Gorgeous apartment with incredible views. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms Well equipped, with huge washing machine and dryer. Lovely decor. Beach is just across the road. Shops, cafes, supermarkets all very close by. Air con was wonderful. Nice pool. This was a haven! Thanks to the owner and management, also for giving us a slightly later checkout. Shower water could be hotter, but it was OK.
• Ricardo (8/5): Nice, modern apartment with sea views - New apartment with modern facilities and with all amenities for a good stay. Great view! only the small bed in two of the bedrooms could’ve been more comfortable. it was cracking. all the other beds and pillows were good.
• James (10/5): Exceptional - The panoramic view was spectacular. Well worth the money. 3 bedrooms, 2 with private bathrooms, full kitchen with microwave and oven. Would definitely recommend 👌 The elevators took a bit since on the 40th floor but to be expected. Everything else was spot on
