• mmbiel (3/5): MALA EXPERIENCIA!! SIN CALEFACCIÓN NI AGUA CALIENTE!!!!!!! - Buena ubicación y apto amplio Mala experiencia!!!!! Ya que no iba la caldera, y no teníamos ni calefacción ni agua caliente. A finales de febrero hace frío y tampoco dejaron mantas o ropa de abrigo para las camas. En 3 días no nos lo solucionaron. Además nos dejaron un contacto erróneo para incidencias técnicas. Con lo cual perdimos más de un día intentando contactar con alguien. Finalmente el propio apto nos dijo que nos podía enviar a ningún técnico para resolver el problema. Tampoco había mantel para la mesa y las almohadas estaban llenas de grumos de lana. Muy incómodas. La única de ropa de cama que había era muy fina con los cual no abrigaba y si a eso le sumamos que no iba la calefacción en un apto tan grande.....pasamos bastante frío. Para "ducharnos" teníamos que calentar agua en ollas......muy triste!!!!!
• Estela Maria (9/5): Estancia perfecta para un grupo grande en Venecia - El apartamento era muy grande con muchas comodidades y limpio. Estuvimos 9 personas muy cómodos. Qué tenga tres baños es un plus. La ubicación es perfecta. Al poner el código para abrir la caja donde estaban las llaves del apartamento en el check in, no funcionó. Llamamos a un teléfono y se solucionó rápidamente al darnos otro código. Por suerte eran las 22:30, no se que hubiera pasado si hubiéramos llegado después de las 23:00, ya que solo atienden hasta esa hora.

• Roberta (7/5): - La casa è molto grande e spaziosa e sta in una bella zona defilata Dopo le 17 non rispondono più per nessun problema dall'assistenza. La casa era fredda, e dato che è grande ci mette molto a scaldarsi, e non c'erano coperte ulteriori per la notte: le abbiamo chieste e nessuno ha risposto. La porta della casa è solo quella giù, sopra ce n'è solamente una di vetro: è vero che nella palazzina non c'è nessun altro ma è comunque un po' strano
• Monica Esther (4/5): Posizione centrale, ma appartamento poco curato - Posizione abbastanza centrale L’appartamento non era pulitissimo. Il problema fondamentale è stato però l’impianto di riscaldamento e dell’acqua calda bloccato nei giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato. Essendo giorni di festa, pur chiedendo un intervento urgente, non c’è stato inviato alcun tecnico per risolvere la situazione. C’è stato offerto poi un rimborso, molto esiguo e davvero incongruo rispetto al disagio.

• Valelau (7/5): - L'emplacement : à 20mn à pied de la place Saint-Marc, par un dédale de rues, ruelles, ponts et petits quartiers, vaporetto à 3mn, supérettes à quelques minutes. Le cadre, l'espace dans l'appartement, idéal pour 8, voire 10. Chambres spacieuses, placards dans chaque. 3 salles d'eau, espace buanderie, cuisine séparée. Draps et serviettes fournis, mais pas le papier toilette :-) L'état général de l'appartement mérite d'être amélioré : manque de ventilation (efficace), humidité dans les salles d'eau/bain, certaines prises (surtout dans les chambres) inutilisables, La baignoire ET la douche dans l'une des salles d'eau étaient inutilisables : la première avait une fuite, la 2ème pas de robinet. Mais rien d'insurmontable...

The rooms were all clean and tidy, all the spaces are large, very comfortable. The laundry room, as well as the kitchen, is very well equipped and helped a lot during our stay. Everything was great! The apartment POC assisted us with receiving our lost luggage during the day while we were out on a tour. This was a big help so we didn't have to miss the tour. A minor inconveinance, but the dryer was not working.

• Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Location was great with being on southern side of Dorsoduro....outside of the touristy section of San Marco. Not overcrowded but still a good volume of people, and plenty of places to eat nearby. Very nice to stroll the southern canal and people watch from nearby restaurant and cafes. Small square outside the apartment was very nice and a place to relax if any downtime. Staff was great in communication, and apartment itself was even larger than expected. Perfect for our group.
• Stefan (7/5): Spacious apartment in an excellent location - Good location. Functioning air conditioning. Good showers. Spacious. Clean bedding and towels. Well-equipped utility room. Dusty floors - didn’t feel like walking barefoot in the apartment. No mattress covers under sheets on the beds. Uncomfortable chairs in the living room. Only one key to the apartment. Also would have been nice to have a few more bin bags - only one spare. No tea towel for washing up. Toilet seats a bit wobbly.
