Kirsty (10/5): Lovely, comfortable, well equipped townhouse in a great location. - Lovely, spacious and well equipped townhouse. The location was very central and great for shops, bars and restaurants. The roof terrace had amazing views with a small kitchen and gas BBQ. The beds were large and very comfortable. Issue with the shower workings in one of the bathrooms.
Robert (9/5): A perfect retreat in the old town - location of the villa is perfect, close to the main square and near lots of restaurants and bars. Supermarket is only a few minutes away. Top terrace is a great place to spend time. Bedrooms are spacious and well presented. Main bathroom was a bit tired.
Ben (8/5): Well located property, plenty of space. Great rooftop area. Pollença is a great town to stay in. Equipped with most thin - Excellent location. Amazing rooftop. Lots of rooms. Easy access. Some things needed a little clean. Cleaning supplies low/absent. Bathrooms need a little attention.
József (9/5): We were nine-together, and we definately recommend it. - Atmosphere of Pollenca, nice house, well-equipped, clean house, after a busy day, the terrace on the top floor was very enjoyable.
Madison (10/5): Great stay in wonderful new villa - My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this villa which has been newly renovated. Split across 4 levels, there is heaps of space and it was very clean. We utilised the kitchen a lot and were so pleased with how equipped the villa was with pots, pans, utensils etc. The top floor with the big balcony is fantastic and has a beautiful view. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms beautifully decorated. The location is great and only a short walk into the main part of Pollenca. If you rent a car keep in mind that you can't park at the property and have to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest car park. It would be great if there was a washing line to dry clothes on or drying racks provided.
