- Haneul (1/5): Terrible!! Dont stay here - I booked a 6-night stay for my boyfriend visiting from Korea. I had been communicating with the host months in advance, and a few days before check-in, I asked if late check-in was possible. They assured me it was, as it was a self-check-in. On the day of check-in, when I arrived at night, there was no key in the lockbox. I called the manager and the host, but no one answered. I ended up waiting for an hour that night and then booked another place to stay. The next morning, I finally reached them, and they claimed it was not their fault but Booking.com’s due to a double booking. They never apologized. They insisted on a phone call, and when we spoke, two men rudely interrupted me, spoke over me at the same time, and were incredibly disrespectful. On the second night, I was able to check into another room, but it was filthy, and even though they had previously said I could check in at my convenience, they told me not to be late. On the third day, I finally checked into the room I originally booked. But the problems didn’t end there. I didn’t stay on the first night at all and paid for another accommodation, incurring double the lodging cost. On the second night, I wasn't even in the room I booked. Yet, they still have not issued any refund for this issue. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card company and consulting a lawyer, considering filing a lawsuit. Do not stay here.
- Cierra (6/5): Pleasant - Location, up to date appliances Cabinets were stained, dead gnats on the cabinets, microwave dirty, no broom, no additional trash bags
- Angelica (10/5): Comfortable and with access to fun! - Location! Besides, owner communicated with us immediately and in a respectful way.
We didn’t have any problem with the property Cozy, clean, and with everything we needed
- Rodrigo (1/5): Avoid at all costs: the property is infested with roaches, the linens are dirty, and - It looks nice and comfortable when you first walk in. We arrived excited for our vacation, but were immediately met with a disgusting surprise: roaches!
On top of the roaches, the linens, pillows, and towels were dirty and unusable. We were forced to spend a significant portion of our first night laundering everything just to have a halfway decent place to sleep. This significantly impacted our vacation time and caused unnecessary stress.
To make matters worse, we had to book a hotel for the remaining 3 nights of our trip, adding to the costs of our vacation. This unexpected expense further detracted from our enjoyment of the trip.
We contacted the property manager, Joe, to report the issues. Joe initially denied the existence of roaches, despite the pictures we emailed as proof. He then became dismissive and instructed us to contact Booking.com, claiming they had already issued a refund.
Reaching out to Booking.com revealed further deception. They informed us that no refund had been issued because the property had not responded to their inquiry. They, in turn, directed us back to the property manager for a resolution.
So, here's the situation: a roach-infested property with dirty linens, a dishonest property manager who refused to take responsibility, and a booking agency unable (or unwilling) to step in and help.
If you value cleanliness, a responsive host, and a relaxing vacation, avoid this property at all costs! Stay somewhere that respects your health and well-being, and where the management team actually cares about their guests.
- Jordan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rachael (9/5): Good stay - The place was well kept It’s a little shady in the surrounding areas
- Luke (5/5): Needs work before I’d stay again - Full kitchen and stuff which is great for a longer stay. 1. The first day I called the phone number given for the property to ask about early check in and the guy asked “how did you get this number” and was in a rush to get me off the phone.
2. A bunch of electrical outlets didn’t work
3. They want you to throw your s*** covered toilet paper in the trash so you don’t clog their pipes which is gross.
4.the smoke detectors in the apartment were removed which is a safety concern and definitely a violation of code
- Yana (10/5): Exceptional -
