• marco (2/5): - L'appartamento puzzava di cane e c'erano peli di animale per tutta la casa. Peluria e tracce di dentifricio nel lavandino in bagno. Pacchetti di patatine aperti in un pensile della cucina. Nulla per appendere o appoggiare gli asciugamani in bagno, se non il termosifone vicino alla porta della stanza, lontana dal box doccia, o la maniglia della finestra
• Eleni (5/5): - It was very close to the Center of Florence, maximum 5 minutes from the Cathedral by foot which was very nice. It could have better label information in order to be able to find the place, it could be a lot more clean and the biggest problem for us was it was inside the ZTL zone which we didn’t know and we enter the area by car and later we were told we need to park at a specific parking area and register our car in order not to get a fine.

• Sonia (1/5): Avoid. Dreadful, dirty, delapidated and no hot water. - Location was good No hot water, check in delayed, dirty, broken beds, that are essentially camp beds, non working appliances and a loose toilet. Stairs are dangerous for small children, sheer drop from the side. No air con just a standalone unit, taped to the window downstairs and a fan upstairs. Dilapidated condition with even curtain rails coming off the walls. Host promised refund especially given no hot water which is unacceptable for a two night stay and family of five, apparently a bill wasn’t paid. Still waiting for that refund. Avoid, the place is a scam absolutely nothing like the pictures, in thirty years of travel the worst I’ve stayed.
• Stefania (1/5): Pessima struttura. In attesa di rimborso - Questo soggiorno è stato il peggiore che abbia mai vissuto. Innanzitutto ho scritto a booking e cercato di mettermi in contatto ma senza alcun successo. In più ho scritto ai proprietari più volte e fino a che ero lì mi hanno rassicurata su un rimborso totale ma poi non mi hanno mai più risposto. Zero serietà Niente acqua calda. Quindi con due bambini niente doccia. Le facciamo un rimborso mi hanno assicurato. Tutto inesistente. Tranne le chat che ho conservato. A parte ciò: nella stanza sotto era presente un divano letto con il bracciolo sinistro sfondato. L'unica aria condizionata é un pinguino rumorosissimo. Al piano superiore gli armadi non si possono aprire, il bagno è la reale vergogna. Bidet inutilizzabile. Doccia piccolissima e acqua fredda. Vergognoso.

• Marie (10/5): Bra centralt läge - Centralt läge nära både stationen och de historiska platserna. Mysig känsla i lägenheten. Fick bara en nyckel och vi var 5 personer. Fick myggbett.
• Alessio (6/5): - La cosa che ci è piaciuta di più è la posizione. Della struttura non ci è piaciuta la troppa differenza tra la realtà e le foto di Booking.
• Huy (5/5): Ok price for location, but disappointed with accommodation and comfort. Need some minor repairs. - Location is central and close to all shops and restaurants. Difficult to check in. Luckily we meet a resident who live in the building and cleaning lady was there to let us in, otherwise there was no other signage to where we collect keys or check in.
• Yağmur (8/5): Despite this initial inconvenience, everything went smoothly afterward. The host checked in with us a few times to see i - We stayed one night in this apartment during our trip to Florence last week. The size and location of the place were truly excellent — we could walk everywhere, and everything was very close by. The amenities were sufficient, and although we were three people, the apartment could comfortably accommodate 4–5 guests. However, I would like to mention one negative experience we had. Although the check-in time was clearly stated as 3 PM and we were informed that the apartment would be ready by 2:30 PM, we were surprised to find a cleaner still working in the downstairs area when we entered at 3 PM. Since we had arrived in the city at 8 AM and were very tired, this was quite disappointing. We contacted the host, who informed us it would be done within half an hour. Exhausted, we left the apartment again and returned an hour later. Fortunately, the apartment was ready and clean by then.
• Agnes (9/5): Convenient to everything. - Close to the city center, shops, restaurants. The apartment has everything that we need and it's clean. The host is easy to reach at and provided what we need during our stay. The bathroom is upstairs and the stairs don't have a handle/ bar which makes it difficult for me due to my ankle injury.
