• Sara (10/5): Supersized Apartment Central Tokyo - The most awesome location 2 minutes from cafes, 4 minutes from railway, 1 stop away from Harajuku etc. Awesome food alley just round the corner under the railway line. The apartment is basic but had everything we needed, comfortable beds, aircon, wifi, laundry. The loft rooms and balcony aren't very useable but if you're determined quite fun. Not the newest place but super-value for money for a big group. Definitely on my list to return to

• Glenn (8/5): Great location, very helpful hosts, clean and well equipped property - Very good location and close to public transport. Lots of food choices in the vicinity Lack of storage space. Bed in living room took up a lot of space and didn't really allow it to be used as a communal area
• Luck (8/5): Overall a great place to stay and enjoy Tokyo from. We had a group of 5 and this was a great size for us and great value - Great location, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds, great food in the area, close to the train station. The rooftop was a great little extra to enjoy but you did need to climb the ladder to enjoy it. Hosts were responsive and checked in. Would stay here again Couple of things to consider if staying in this lovely place. The stairwell is narrow but there is a handrail. We were there in winter and we did find the bathroom a bit cool as it is on the entry level without heating but once in the shower, it was fine.
• Hannah (9/5): Lovely quiet location close to everything - The location was so convenient! Yoyogi station was a short walk away, with many restaurants, cafes, a McDonalds and convenience stores nearby. Yet the property is in a quiet suburban street. The property was well stocked in the kitchen bathrooms and laundry facilities were excellent. We appreciated having the bigger space in Tokyo! The layout of the property is a bit awkward with narrow stairs and the shower room by the front door.

• CHI KIN (9/5): Extremely convenient and quiet place to stay in a busy crowded city. - The property is so close to literally everything, Yoyogi train station, 7-eleven, Lawson, supermarket, and all kind of Japanese food stores. Very quiet place to stay. The stairs, need some effort to bring the heavy luggages up the floor as they are quite narrow even though with stair handle. In addition, appreciate if the owner can consider additional clothes hanger inside the bathroom.

• SHAZRIZAL (10/5): Tokyo's Hidden Gem - Everything. Even before arriving, the host has already extended their warmth to us and greeted our family with open arms when arrived. The home is very cozy. We are a traveling family of 10 and we can fit in comfortably. The place was very clean and well maintained. The location is another best thing about the place, less than 100 meter from the JR Yamanote Line Yoyogi Station and bus stop. The Shibuya Station and bus stop is also just whiskers away. Cafe's are all around. Imagine walking out of the house and McDonald's greetings you. Familymart and Lawson are also very very close. But two 7-Elevens in area.. now that's a bonus. Overall, a must go to place if you're coming to Tokyo. Accessibility is fantastic and it fits travelers in groups comfortably. Again, thank you so much to the host and staff. Couldn't wait to return here in the future None actually. Well not to say not to like but it's just part of the Japanese experience. The house is 3 storey high with an attic/loft connected to a rooftop terrace (that's another bonus) which children can use as playhouse. Just make sure to have the door locked or supervised by an adult. The staircase is a bit narrow so be careful when lifting your luggage upstairs. My advise is to keep the luggage in the Ground Floor room and only bring what needed to the upper levels. It helps when doing laundry when your luggage are downstairs

• Veronica (10/5): Ottimo, consigliato - Appartamento molto bello e particolare, ideale per il nostro gruppo (due famiglie di amici). Ha un delizioso rooftop con una bellissima vista, molto piacevole da godere la sera. Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti da Shinjiuko e davanti alla stazione Yoyogi. Al momento del check in abbiamo avuto un problema con il codice di ingresso ma l'host è stato prontissimo a rispondere e risolvere la situazione.
• Tating (8/5): 整體還算很不錯 - 設備齊全，地理位置離地鐵近，走出巷子就有7-Eleven和麥當勞咖啡廳，還有許多餐廳，不怕逛完接回來太晚沒有東西吃，業主很親切。 不提供清潔打掃🥲我們住了7晚可是沒有房間清潔，需要自己動手，我們6個大人六個小孩還是有一點擁擠。因為衛浴設備只有兩間。
• Wai Tung Tomy (8/5): The hotel offers a spacious, well-equipped room for our family stay in Tokyo, conveniently located just minutes from the - Very convenient location – just a few minutes’ walk from the JR station. Spacious and family-friendly – plenty of rooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. Well-stocked with household essentials – everything you need for a smooth stay. Large common room – perfect for family members to gather, relax, and enjoy time together.
• Si Zhen Kelvin (9/5): If I come to Tokyo again in the future, I will choose to stay here again. - The location is very good, close to the city center but quiet. Convenience stores and McDonald's are a one-minute walk away. Shinjuku Station is a ten-minute walk away, and Donki is right next to it. The owner's service is very friendly and responsive. One day I sent a text message to report that the wifi speed had slowed down. When I came back from shopping, the owner had already fixed it and left a letter to let me know. He also left a small gift to apologize, which was very heartwarming. The stairs are narrow and slanted, which may be a little inconvenient for the elderly or carrying luggage. (But this is usually the case in Japanese B&Bs)

• Suzanne (10/5): Would recommend this property for family of 4 or even two families of 4. - I really loved that the property had multiple floors which my teenagers needed to have privacy and space for rest. The AC units were superb oasis after a day's excursion. I appreciated the large kitchen so we can cook and have our meals together. My teens absolutely loved their own rooms and the beds were more comfortable than what they have at home. The property was tucked away in a very quiet area yet steps away from nearest 7-11, McDonalds, Subway sandwich, ramen, restaurants and a couple more minutes walk from the supermarket; the location was 2 mins from Yoyogi train station which was fantastic! The unit also came with washer/dryer combo which was super helpful. Also the frontdoor keypad was a great idea so we can go on independent excusions and come back to the unit separately just by remembering 4 digit code. None, loved it all!

• Ahmad (10/5): Exceptional - I like EVERYTHING about this place. The location is less Than 200m from the Yoyogi train station. It is a mere 3 minutes walk. The amenities is complete. We have everything from towels, linen, laundry soap, toiletries, pots and pans, dining ware, cutleries, garbage bags etc. The kitchen appliances complete with grill oven, microwave, electric stove and hood. It is the most complete house we have ever stayed anywhere, and we do travel a lot. We also like the functionalities of a Japanese house. Everything is practical. Even the toilet bowl is equipped with electronic washer/bidet. You don't find this in many parts of the world. And the laundry area has washer and dryer. It is a proper room With a 24 ventilation system, the room stays dry and there's even a bed, as well as an adjoining toilet complete with shower and bathtub. For those who are looking for Halal food, a Halal restaurant is located right at the front alley, (opposite McDonald's). I have stayed in space constrained hotel rooms in Japan but I was so glad I got this property to travel here as a family! Thanks Masaru San for hosting us! The TV screen is problematic and we didn't watch the TV. We have reported it and the host was very fast to respond to our queries.
