• Veronica (6/5): Good stay overall, but cleanliness and supplies need attention - The location was great, a very quiet and safe area. The instructions provided were accurate, and it was very easy to access the property. The place looked nice, but honestly it was not very clean. We tried to use one of the blankets from the closet, but it had a strong unpleasant smell, like dog odor. One of the beds also smelled very bad, almost like urine. The next day, we had to go buy new blankets to use during our stay. There were also no paper towels or kitchen towels available, and there was no proper hand soap in the kitchen. The soap in the bathroom was extremely diluted, as if it had been mixed mostly with water.

• David (4/5): Disappointing flat in L.A - Good location, relatively spacious flat and private parking in the building Cleanliness could be better, the flat has potential but it has some maintenance issues. The wardrobe doors mirrors which are located just in front of the beds, had huge cracks and it didn't look very safe, we had to complaint about this and we were told the previous guests have damaged it, but I believe this kind of potentially risky issues should be fixed before any other guests arrive. The bathtub floor was also peeling away - so overall this flat requires some renovation.

• Taylor (9/5): - From the location to the amount of towels provided, this was a pretty great property. It was perfect for what we needed. The host was also amazing and was quick and clear with their responses when we needed to contact them. There’s nothing that my sister and I disliked about the property. There are things that I feel could be better but they didn’t make or break our experience with the property. Like other reviews have stated, there’re no ceiling lights in the bedroom and the living room but I knew that when booking so I was mentally prepared for it.

Once arriving the key didn't work to get into the parking garage, My family and I were left outside in the middle of the night for hours with small children after flying all day. The host and the manager refused to help us. Upon finally getting into the unit it was so awful with the spider webs, mold on the ceiling, dirty oven, broken blinds, and not the mention the Mario brothers theme is cheap looking and bubbling off the walls. The couch is like a rock, the red gaming chair is torn. BOOKING.com needs to do their part and remove this unit. They failed my family as well by promoting such a filthy unit...I wish I could post more pics, but don't waste your money on this unit..

Tivemos que ficar no apt sem poder usar as pias da cozinha e banheiro, que estavam nojentas. O banheiro tinha muitos cabelos no chão, tentamos limpar mas o mop estava tão sujo que foi pior. Nao tinha utensilios de cozinhas suficiente, não tinha nem papel higiênico.

You can see Griffith observatory through the window There is a parking garage with assigned parking space. Parking is free. It's an apartment and so the room landlord and the building management team are diffrent people. On our first day there, we got the remote control of the garage. It worked fine during the day but when we got back from dinner at around 9 pm, it stopped working. The landlord can't come until next morning so we had to park our car outside. Then two days later, there is a water outage in the entire building. We contacted the landlord but there is basicly nothing she can do as it is the entire building's issue and the bulilding management team won't reply until next morning. We also saw lots of moquittos at the sink; there is no washer/dryer in unit or in the building.

Most of the decor stickers are peeling and torn. Simple fixes really. The bed was super low on the floor. Both mattress have seen better days.
• Cinta (9/5): This hotel apartment is perfect for families. - The apartment is great, located in a strategic area with complete facilities and parking for cars. During the 2 weeks I stayed with my family, it was very comfortable. Agent Halley was always responsive to our questions whenever we needed something. This hotel apartment is perfect for families and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The microwave is available for warming up food, and the laundry room is a great amenity - just $2 in coins and you can do your laundry. I highly recommend this hotel apartment, and I'll definitely come back with my family when we're in LA again One suggestion would be to add some extra lighting in the bedroom and perhaps a small lamp near the TV to brighten up the area a bit more.

There were no holders, not for the toilet paper, nothing to hang your clothes. All were broken. No small napkins, only bathing towels were there. It would be helpful to have cleaning services once in 3 days.

The host was very accommodating and waited for us to let us into the apartment. The check-in process involves ringing the apartment from the intercom outside the building to be let in. Everything else was self-manageable. Would stay again! The apartment was really dark.

The apartment had 2 beds as described. Parts of the apartment were rundown; the bedroom did not have any lights and there were 2 broken lamps (with only one prong) so they could not be plugged in. The TV remote had a nonfunctional battery. The bathroom had broken towel and toilet paper bars. I shared this with the assistant who helped me check in but she did not reply. Additionally, there were multiple window blinds that were broken and seeds on the floor of the window that were not well maintained.

The couch is being held by bricks. No lights in the room (lamp was broken) The kitchen has minimal plates, cups and cooking supplies. The dining chairs are dirty with nasty stains. The bathroom was dirty. All the toilet paper and towel holders were broken. The exhaust fan in the bathroom Was disgusting. The owner did offer to bring a lamp for us, but i declined it. The property was pretty bad that was not going to make a difference. We just moved the only lamp they had in the living room to the bedroom.

I could easily walk to many restaurants and shops. I absolutely loved the decorations and how clean it was, as well as the size of the apartment, which was extremely valuable for the price. Lastly, I loved how attentive the person assisting me with the property was - she was always available and helpful, even a week after I left when I had to ask her something. I recommend this property to anyone interested!! Nothing :)

• Lashawnda (7/5): It was overall exactly what was expected, with a few wins and a few detractors that we navigated. - The location was great and the common areas we had to use/parking area were clean and easy to access. The apartment itself is cute and nicely decorated to theme. We also really appreciated the elevator and how easy it was to get around inside and figure out where things were in the apartment. There was a good number of eating dishes. The kitchen was fitted with only the bare essentials in terms of pantry goods (salt, pepper, a couple misc seasonings) so you'll need to do some seasoning-shopping if you plan on doing much cooking and pots and pans options left a lot to be desired. There were also quite a few pests that liked to pop in and out of the dishwasher area (we understand it's LA and an apartment complex and there's only so much you can control) which was a little disturbing but we re-washed everything before we used it.

• Tracey (7/5): Pleasant - The decor, the easiness of checking in. Alison was lovely to deal with. We did not have transport. No supermarket nearby or places to eat. Is about 30 - 40min walking distance from the main Hollywood stretch. Would not walk at night.

• Sarah (6/5): A little wonky, but good value for a great location. - The location was great and having secure parking on site was a huge bonus. The beds and chairs were all missing hardware, making them uncomfortable and dangerous. There was only one roll of toilet paper for our entire stay so we had to go out to buy more and there wet more cockroaches than we would have liked. It would also have been helpful to have a more detailed, clearer explanation for check in/check out. The email from owner was confusing and we had to reach out to the agent directly to get our check in instructions, which were originally sent for the wrong unit/building.

I wasn't given check in information until I asked for it 7 minutes after I was supposed to check in. The surrounding area is kind of run down. If you have 2 cars, you only get 1 spot in the garage, you'll have to find another on the street, if possible.

• Leticia (2/5): Very poor - The apartment is located near a few stores (Target, Marshalls, Ross) and a 5 min car ride to the Walk of Fame. I would most definitely NOT stay in this property again and would NOT recommend it. The host send you all the information last minute, and the keys were hidden at a place with broken glass and dog poop everywhere. The apartment has no ventilation or natural light and it has a funky smell.

It’s fun not just for kids) there’s everything what you need for cooking or baking, big table for cozy evenings. Adorable Mario themed details are very cute!!!! Host is super responsive! It was a pleasure to spend our vacation there:) highly recommend! For 2 couples - beds are a little bit small(not even queen size), and lining is a polyester(but it’s with MARIO!!!!!!), but still that was not a problem. There were also some questions with dishwasher, but we figured it out. In the bathroom towel rail doesn’t hold up very well.

• Yanyi (1/5): Deceptive - Stay Away! - Central location but parking was difficult to find, the address of Booking doesn't match the address given by agent, we drove in some random alley way following GPS given by the agent Deceptive listing; condescending host; Parking was confusing to find; the key to the apartment was difficult to open...When we had an issue with the apartment, the agent got the host to call us - she was very unprofessional, rude, and condescending, telling us over and over again "you can leave and I won't refund" when we didn't even ask for any refund. It was almost 7pm and she told us that we can leave when we already paid. Ridiculous and unprofessional. We asked why we were given another apartment since it didn't match what the title and photos were showing on the listing. She blamed Booking.com for the deceptive listing and told us to talk to Booking.com. She sent me photos on Whatsapp and so did we on our end. She still didn't believe us. When I told her I'll call Booking.com for help after our call, she called them first and had them send us a message via Booking.com inbox. She also accused us of staying with more than 4 people when we had exactly 4 guests. She made no effort to amend the situation. Seems like she just wants to make money and doesn't care at all about the guest's experience. We've traveled to over 25 plus countries all over the world and this is by far the worst out of all. Effectively ruined our first night in LA with this over-priced confusing stay. Luckily it was only for one night. Never again and don't recommend at all.

THE AGENT IS AMAZING! Great experience getting the keys, EXCELLENT PARKING! plenty of nearby eateries and shopping. We were there for the sights, not for the place - but the place more than satisfied our needs.

• Danat (6/5): Disappointed - The location is perfect, close to main spots in Hollywood. Kinda far from Disney, but you can't have both Disney and Universal close at the same time. The floor was dirty. No face towels, only 3 bath towels for 4 people. No foot towel in the bathroom. Not enough kitchen utensils. Loud neighbors: the first night someone was screaming for hours, daytime you can clearly hear something singing. Also, there is a construction site nearby. A clogged sink surprised us when we came back after Universal. We had to deal with plumbers. Overall plumbing is broken at these apartments - the bathtub also has issues, might be clogged too. The staff isn't really helpful with your requests.

• Kylie (6/5): Disappointing due to lack of communication from agent/owners,Good decorations - Mario and Luigi decor! The cleanliness. Location to the Metro. (During the day only. As night time in that area was a little rough). The oven didn’t work. The gas cook top didn’t work. (Agent was contacted about this but messages were ignored). The heater didn’t work. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The mattress basically sat on the floor. We arrived at checks in time with no information on how to get in to the building or what apartment number we were in. I contacted both numbers I was provided by the owners. Neither worked! After just on one hour of waiting out the front of the accommodation (I was actually incredibly surprised we had been given the right address!). I was convinced we had been scammed as no communication was forthcoming so I had started looking for now accommodation. (Booking.com was just a useless with no phone numbers to contact or talk to anyone. And the direct messages were robots!). We eventually received a video of the procedure to find the key lock box and how to get in to the premises. Finally. With two small children out the front of a building in a neighbourhood we knew nothing about with alll our luggage, waiting for information to actually get in to the accommodation was not fun at all! For this reason I wouldn’t really recommend staying here. The whole reason we chose to stay in an apartment was to be able to cook for our family. But with no oven or cook top that was a bit hard. Very disappointing.

• Liudmila (5/5): Not too bad but a lot of opportunities for improvement. - The beds were comfortable, the location was good and the parking was very convenient. We received a message from the host 24 hours before the arrival time with important information that we cannot invite guests to the apartment (it was too late as we already invited the extended family to spend some time together). The details on how to access the keys and parking were sent only after contacting the Booking Customer Service after 3 pm on the arrival day, not in advance. The instructions were in very broken English, and it took us a while to figure out that "stay away from the apartment's kitchen drawers" means "the garage gate remote is on the kitchen countertop". The videos to help with key and parking instructions were recorded at night and had bad quality and visibility: I found it kind of suspicious.... The apartment had leaks, and both the bathroom and bedroom had mold and mildew on the baseboards. All the taps, towels and toilet paper holders were shaky and falling apart. There were only 3 forks and 3 spoons for the family of 4. No trace of salt, tea, and coffee - very unusual for an apartment with an equipped kitchen.
• Zavala (8/5): According to my boyfriend it was fine. - The inside of the apartment was very nice and it looked like the picture We wanted to go as a family, I had gotten very sick with Covid and was not able to go. I requested another date so that I wouldn’t miss out on this very special occasion they said no and although I didn’t want my money back I would have wanted to go to experience not only this room, but my sons little face when he saw this place. I pleaded and asked and the answer was No every single time. Such a shame they couldn’t even make it work for us. So Disappointing.

• Andre (6/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Theming and location are the pros for the accommodation Bathtubs clogs a lot, found roaches in the bathroom, not easy to check in, host gave us wrong code for the locker, and we had to wait a lot. Beds do not fit two adultos, and mattress won’t hold two adults. Host instructed us, while checking in, not to use the kitchen (which was one of the reasons to book in first place). WiFi instructions weren’t there, and host stopped answering, we had to involve booking to get help. We left a Day early, to check in a hotel and have more comfort.

No sign of any bug anywhere, it was very welcoming. pretty much everything was perfect and probably is one of the best places i've stayed at. the hot water didn't last for long with our family of 4. may not be their fault but it did take away from the experience. also, the bathtub may need some unclogging because it did take a bit for the water to completely drain. other than that i'm sure we'll book this place again.

It's even better if you rent a car, which can be parked there and allows you to move around freely and enjoy the city. The check-in and -out were uncomplicated, the host was very accessible and helpful and the apartment is cozy, organized, fully furnished and roomy. We'll definitely return a next time. Thank you! As already commented, a simple adjustment on the bed's frame or a foundation would improve the mattress fixation and comfort, but it's just a minor issue. We handled it easily with some pillows.
