Yun Cheng (4/5): The landlord is quite decent, but the layout of this rental property is rather poorly designed. - The lack of kitchen facilities proved rather inconvenient, and sharing the cramped basement space—including the kitchen and toilet—with another tenant made it difficult to relax comfortably.

Esther (2/5): So bad experiencie - Is close from Richmond Hill stores I do not like this apartment because then owner every day when we did a book he went to go apartment and entered then apartment we didnt have privacity and he was not polity then apartment was dirty and always since 3:00 or 12:00 then other guest were doing sound and screamed and was so hard going to sleep if your have money my advice is choice hotel or motel because then owner is not kind and not polity
