• Naqila (1/5): Bad - Location near town area The swimming pool could not be used throughout our stay at the homestay due to maintenance, as there was water overflow into the parking area which took a long time to resolve. It was stated as “closed until further notice.” The management was also not very responsive. The floor was dirty and dusty, and it was clear that it had not been cleaned properly before guests arrived. Security guard unable to speak English well and quite hard to communicate with them.

• Ls (5/5): Passable - Security is good not even can have some venting machine can buy Coca-Cola, or beer, and don't event have 7-11, small shop or KK Mart, one more funny thing is, main entrance and exit - from unit need to go out or go in, very hard to find, wasting time on just look for exit from lift walk to main door, not understand why the main exit set on 3?? or 4 floor?? blurr.. don't have clear sign also

• Nicole (8/5): Good place for stayover - The stay overall was a good experience. The rooms are big enough for a family of 8 to stay. Everything was provided neat and clean. Facilities can be used but with restrictions. Parking is near to the lift, and house access is easier. There was no mirror in any room except the washroom. Battery was not given to change for the remote. Only a/c provided in rooms, no fans.

Nothing ugly. - Location Price Spacious unit Sea view Easy checkin and checkout Car park available Strong water pressure 2 aircons and a tv not functioning upon checkin Management staf instructed how to rectify. Had to climb to unplug & plug in again. Cumbersome. Why dont they check that all equipment are ok and operational before guests checkin. The aircon in living room is so noisy. The mini ironing board is like a beggar clothing with holes everywhere why not provide a standard ironing board as in hotels. Only 1 access card each for lift/room & for car. For 3 rooms unit should provide at least 2 access cards for lift/room due to numbers of person staying.

Complete with hot shower, washing machine, wifi and others The only things that not complete is middle room. There no wardrobe or drawer to keep our cloth & beg. Also dont have place to hang tower/ cloth. There also no plug to charge my phone.

• Dryana (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing. The agents are not being responsive n helpful. Most of the things are worn off. The aircon in the living room is not working and i have to adjust it on my own when the 1st thing i reached. And the place is not convenient to shop..and hardly to see any 7-11 or convenient stores nearby.at midnight. Reported abt the photo hanging on the wall in one of the room...where it seems like almost drop....no one responded in group chat.

• Dino (7/5): Highly don't recommend - That it was clean. The balcony was noisy because of the aircon compressor. One of the rooms has no window and no socket to charge phone. The swimming pool was under maintenance. The security don't allow the grab riders to enter to the lobby or even the pick up/drop off point. We have to walk out of the condo to the road side to collect any deliveries. There's no mini mart nearby too.

• Din (5/5): Can give this particular unit a pass. It is located at the 17 floor. - Rooms without proper furniture. Using to many stools as alternative to proper furniture. No work table. Broken Shower hose holder. Too many ants in the apartment and vicinity, just waiting for unattended food/crumbs on the table/floor. The managing agent or owner to the unit is too slow in their responses.

• Rosnan (7/5): just give a try. - Great location, accessibility convenience, nearby foodstalls, quiet and serene area, nice view facing the straits, spacious unit and comfortable beds, good wifi and other basic utilities. Opportunities for improvement for a comfortable stay. Hassle to get the keys, u have to park outside the property, walk to the guardhouse, register, walk to the hidden key room, open the locker key, pick up the keys, walk back to the parking outside the property, drive in to the property car park and search for the parking lot. (what if it rains). Inside the unit living room aircon very noisy, 2nd bathroom clogged sink, pungent odour in bathroom, shud replaced hand shower with erratic sprays, damaged iron board (shud provide standard standing ironing board), shud provide kitchen towel or tissues for self cleaning. Shud provide simple toothbrush/toothpaste for the stay.

Plus: The view of the straits and Singapore were unblocked and gorgeous. Some suggestions to improve guest experience: Mirrors n bedside tables could perhaps be placed in the bedrooms.

• Sheetal (1/5): Very bad experience. Spoilt our mood and our short weekend getaway. We checked out as soon as we could in the morning. - Location of the property is convenient. Apartment has a nice big balcony. The entire procedure to get the access cards/key had detailed instructions. Very very Dirty - bedsheets, pillow covers not changed, curtains stained, lizards in the house, toilet pot was leaking, jet spray not working, no hot water in shower, no glasses to drink water. It is not a serviced apartment! Thankfully only the towels were washed. Only one (out of three) room has an attached bath. The third room has no natural light or ventilation. The common guest bathroom near the house entrance was also not cleaned. The doors and door handles were stained/unclean. Dust mites everywhere. There was evident (cigarette) smoke smell in the room. And in-spite of all this they ask the guest for a 300 RM deposit.

• Kathiresan (8/5): Good place to stay. - The place is good and apartment is very clean and neat. Food options are limited in this place. We managed with Grab food. But local food is available nearby and McDonalds also in 7 mins walk. Checkin process was little complicated due to some misunderstanding of the process. Could have been smoother, if we read the check in process in advance. There is no option to keep the luggages after the checkout.
