- Miguel (10/5): 10/10 - Apartamento bastante central, numa das principais ruas de Santa Maria. Perto da praia, rodeado de restaurantes, bares com música e mini mercados. O dono bastante atencioso, que facilitou o check in antecipado e um check-out mais tardio. Apartamento bastante limpo, com WI-FI, 2 quartos, cozinha, sala e uma grande varanda. Conta ainda com um terraço com mesa de snooker. Nada a apontar
- Tyler (10/5): Awesome week long stay - The apartment was awesome, Clementine and her son were helpful the full way throughout and were on hand to help with any issues etc The location is perfect, right in amongst the bars and lively nightlife. It is any a problem for me as I was there for the bars and nightlife, but if you're looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful this may not be for you. The bars outside are open late so it can get a little noisy at times, but that comes with being so central

- Joana (6/5): Location is great, but apt needs a lot of care and work - Great location. Situated right above bars and restaurants. It can get pretty noisy at night but we were ready for that. Host was very responsive and quick w replies. Apartment is lacking simple amenities. Rooms Smell stuffy and moldy, the AC didn’t help. Kitchen was leaking and shower not draining properly
- Anderson (9/5): Fantastic apartment prime location. - The apartment was In a prime location, clean and had full amenities. Elvis was great he checked in with us a few times to see if everything was ok also Clementine was a gem, anything we wasn't sure of she was there within 10 minutes, she also did the cleaning and washing to a high standard. There are bars, restaurants, mini supermarket, including the well know Buddy bar underneath us and the beach is only a minute away. all in all I have no faults with the apartment and the service we received. I will be booking this apartment again for next year.
