Cathy (5/5): - Location No ability to check in early even when it was ready and floors filthy. Random dryer stored on balcony so unable to properly use the space.
Tanja (8/5): - Super nice that all you need was there, soap, bags, etc. The knifes and forks was dirty, and there was lipstick on one of the cups in the cupboard.
Brown (2/5): Very poor - Location During checking in you are required to scan your physical ID. Staff are remote so I called and asked for assistance. They were extremely unhelpful and did not understand the digital license most people use in Australia. Secondly. The bedding was dirty and the bedding fabric was so old all the bumps in the sheets were very uncomfortable and felt gross. The air cons remote didn’t work so I had no aircon and the hairdryer also didn’t work so I had to spend a night out in Bondi with wet hair.
