• Elmostafa (1/5): They let me down. Never booking again with them - Nothing It’s not the same I booked. They never told me that the place was booked for someone else. They let me wait outside till I contacted them then they told me to go to a different location which was far from where I wanted and I paid double price from where I was before. It very upsetting. And same thing happened to someone else in the reviews. I will never book with them again.

However, what should have been a seamless check-in process turned into a nightmare for one unfortunate guest who encountered the deceptive practices of an apartment owner. Presented with an enticing description of a clean and attractive apartment online, the guest eagerly booked their stay, only to be met with disappointment upon arrival. Promised a pristine living space, the owner instead directed them to a different unit under the guise of needing renovation. Sadly, this alternate apartment was far from perfect; it was dirty and uninviting. The check-in process, scheduled for 14:30, unfolded in a less-than-desirable manner. Upon entering the unit, the guest was greeted by a sight of neglect and disarray. The dishes, essential for meal preparation, were dirty and in dire need of cleaning. To their dismay, there were no clean dishes available, leaving them unable to cook or eat properly. In a bid to rectify this issue, the guest reached out to the staff with a request for clean dishes, only to be met with deception and empty promises. Despite their efforts to secure proper utensils for their stay, the guest was left to navigate their stay without the necessary amenities. The unsanitary conditions of the apartment extended beyond the kitchen area. The toilet, a basic necessity, was non-functional, requiring manual intervention to flush waste. Dust accumulated in every crevice, further adding to the discomfort and dissatisfaction of the guest. Ultimately, the experience of staying in this ill-maintained apartment left a lasting impression on the guest. It was a harrowing ordeal that showcased the dark reality of deceptive rental practices and the impact they have on unsuspecting travelers.
