Guest Reviews
- johnr1622 (6/5): perfect location to tour Rome, but apart lacks maintenance. - location is ideal for tourist attractions in Rome and all within walking distance. The person who greeted us was amazing, helpful , demonstrated the apartment and even ordered us a taxi to the airport and maintained communication throughout the time. Well done! Reviews criticised the showers and these were still not fixed. The upstairs shower rose was broken so no proper spray was possible. this is a simple cheap fix and does not require a plumber so there is no excuse. Downstairs there is a bath, but the tap is blocked so the water flow is so slow that the water in the bath never gets hot. The miniature dishwasher wont hold the dinner plates standing up and it leaks all over the floor draining to the front door on the brick tiles. The mini washing machine also leaks. Noise levels from the street are high

- Jacek (7/5): - Excellent location Very, very, very outdated outfit and furnitures.
- SANJA (10/5): -
- Rychta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Maureen (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent for Rome, near to the railway station.
Comfortable bed and nice lounge/dinner. Although this apartment has triple gazing , it's poorly fitted and you can hear noise from the bar next door and the street!
- Birgi (9/5): Superb - The room is even bigger than it looks. It was amazing. Near the collezium. Since we checked into the hotel in the evening like 10 pm, an additional fee was charged and it was a high service fee. I would recommend that you pay attention to this. Also, since the room is on a crowded street, there is a lot of noise at night. If you are not a deep sleeper, you may be disturbed.
- Sofiia (5/5): To be honest, we were not comfortable in this apartment. I hope the owners will read the reviews and take some action - Good location near Colosseum and Vittoriano
WiFi connection 1st floor:
There were insects in the bathroom that showed up every day
The shower splashes water in different directions
There is no curtain for the bathroom to wash yourself
It was very dirty, I tried to use a vacuum cleaner but it wouldn't suck up the dirt, then I got a broom but it just collected all the dust and hair on itself
The sofas hadn't been cleaned in a while and were quite dirty
There was no dishwashing sponge or dishwashing gel in the kitchen
2nd floor:
The water from the shower cubicle was not running well. There were two of us in the apartment and after one person had to wait about 30 minutes to use the shower again
Communication with the apartments:
On the day we moved in, a staff member met us and we talked a little. Then I had questions about the apartment, I wrote to WhatsApp, but no one answered me. Then I reminded myself and texted again, but there was no response. We did not receive a reply to any of the messages during the whole stay
Noise:
The apartment has poor soundproofing, so we could hear the street very well. There is a bar right below the apartment where people sit until 12 at night, it was audible. Then from 6am to 9am a garbage truck comes and removes glass bottles from the containers, it is a very loud sound that can wake you up
- Ivana (1/5): Bad - The location is good, close to the city center. Our host was very rude and impolite towards us, so I advise everyone to avoid this accommodation. There were three of us, but they prepared a bed for only two people, and we had to make the bed ourselves for the third person and look for bed linen. The apartment was very dirty, and the pull-out sofa was squeaky and impossible to sleep on. Also, the insulation was poor, it was very noisy at night, and we couldn’t sleep.
- Jtorre (10/5): Monti Rione! - Location! Close to the Colosseum, nearby metro station. Can get a little loud as there's an Irish pub nextdoor but it wasn't too bad. We were still able to sleep at night.
- Alexandra (7/5): History and design of the building was awesome but not comfortable in some moments - We liked the location, the history of the building, vintage building, the bed was very comfortable upstairs, bathroom is great there too We didn’t like the shower upstairs, the shower head fell off, the drain is bad. There is not much space for the toilet downstairs. Shower cabin wasn’t comfortable, very small. Downstairs the shower head splashes water everywhere. Washing machine is very old
- Mitzi-ann (9/5): Lovely location near the Colosseum - We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was lovely to come home to after a long day of sight seeing and walking. The location is fantastic. It's easy to locate and close to everything you could need. The apartment is spacious and well appointed - hair dryer and hangers were a bonus. The staff are friendly, courteous, and helpful. Also, very good English speaking skills. It's a very cute, well located place to stay. We enjoyed our stay and we're very happy, but as helpful suggestions to make for a perfect stay, I would say:
More toilet paper
A roll of paper towels
A bottle of shampoo
Extra pillows
Coffee on hand would be amazing
Also, the headboard is loose from the wall and things slide off. Just so you know, not a bother, but you might like to repair it.
- Veronika (6/5): Great location in a beautiful city. - The location is great, the apartment is warm during the cold months and has all needed amenities. Everything was quite run down. The hygiene was not the best, the dishwasher was leaking, the washing machine as well. The bar next door was quite loud. The street is quite busy and the noise was too much. The window sills were of the older style - all wood, so all the noise from the street felt like it’s happening in the living room. The towels had a weird smell, thus we did a load of laundry.
- William (9/5): Superb -
- Marco (8/5): Very good -
- Piotr (10/5): Fantastic - I can't imagine better! - Great location, very comfortable and spacious apartment. Absolutely brilliant. Lots of restaurants and ancient monuments in the neighborhood. I recommend! On weekends, it's a bit noisy outside the windows in the evenings, but it's a matter of getting used to it.
- Brandon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patricia (10/5): Beautiful property in an amazing location. The WiFi was great and the ac. - Space, they left detailed information about apartment and surrounding areas.
- James (9/5): Superb -
- Kika (7/5): Fun, clean place to stay in Rome, providing a cozy resting space between the sightseeing endevours! - Great location, close to everything on foot or by metro. Well organized and timely communication with the staff. Spacious, authentic. Noise - there is a very noisy bar below that is open until around 1 am. Not great if you need to be up early, but ok if you can sleep in.
Kitchen could do better with some reorganization/modernization - a larger fridge primarily, also supplies (eg dishwashing soap, sponges, paper towels, kitchen towels, garbage bags). the small dishwaasher is broken - suggest removing it and providing some more space that way.
An unwashed blanket was left in the closet for our use, howecer staff was quick to bring a freshly cleen one (looked like new), and additional cover, after we let them know. Special thank you for that!
Price - however with everything else being overpriced these days, this appartment does not stand out as being more expensive than others in the area.
- Sue (9/5): Well located and comfortable but not so great if you want to self-cater. - great location close to the Roman Forum. Characterful, comfortable, well furnished. loads of nearby restaurants. Very little space for preparing food, no tea towels provided, no plug for kitchen sink.
- Cristina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Agnieszka (8/5): Very good -
- Anonymous (10/5): a beautiful space in a great location to visit Rome by foot or with public transportation. - plenty of space large windows and in a busy area, walkable to the subway, coliseum, local farmer’s market.
- Kevin (7/5): Good -
