For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date. We will also require your direct email, a photo of you holding your photo ID and a list of guest names and ages to be uploaded into StayCentral's guest portal before your booking can be confirmed.
