• Nicola (4/5): - Very responsive hosts trying to solve issues with heating, re-location and cancellation because of unbearable noise from the roadworks on street below. Easy access. Fabulous location, easy access to town center, station, the Folkwang Museum. All in walkable distance. In my opinion, this wasn't a superior suite: the heating of this loft flat was inappropriate: Bathroom only has a small towel rack that can't heat up the rather big bathroom; had a bath but boiler wouldn't fill the bath with hot water. Heating under the windows through electric panels which were not easy to set. Very poor ventilation overall, therefore signs ask you to keep venilating the place by opening the windows which was not appropriate during colder December days.
• Melanie Fröhlich (9/5): sehr zu empfelen - die wohnung war schon gross sehr viel platz in der wohnung sehr sehr netter kontakt zum vermieter auch bei problemen immer aussergewöhlich hilfsbereit wärmflaschen wurden bereitgestellt eine sehr süsse geste der aufzug war sehr klein wenn man mit einem rollstuhl kommt mit ein paar tricks aber machbar haltegriffe im bad haben gefehlt werden aber nachgerüstet
• Gusztáv (7/5): Alles super, bis auf die Heizung. - Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und wirklich sauber. Die Betten sind bequem. Da die Wohnung unter dem Dach liegt, war es wirklich sehr ruhig. Auch der Aufzug war sehr praktisch. Als wir ankamen, war die Wohnung eiskalt. Wir haben uns schon gewundert, dass auf allen Betten Wärmflaschen lagen. Die haben wir in der ersten Nacht auch gebraucht. Es hat bis zum nächsten Morgen gedauert, bis es warm war. Im Bad wurde es nie so richtig warm, da der kleine Heizkörper für den großen Raum nicht ausreicht. Wir haben uns dann am nächsten Tag einen kleinen Heizstrahler von Verwandten geliehen. Die langen Vorhänge direkt vor den Heizkörpern, die man nicht wegschieben kann, sind echt gefährlich, wir haben immer kleine Koffer zwischen Heizkörper und Vorhang schieben müssen. Mein Vorschlag wäre, die langen Vorhänge durch kurze auszutauschen und im Winter einige Stunden vor der Ankunft der Gäste schon die Heizung einzuschalten.
• Sosamma (10/5): - Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gefallen. Sie war sehr komfortabel und sauber. Die Betten sehr bequem. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.
