• mario (8/5): - The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything you need. Very nice and comfortable inside. From the photos and the apartment description, it gives the impression that the property is located in Victoria Park Village and makes it seem like one of the Victorian houses in the area. What the photos and description do not mention is that the flat is actually located inside a council building, which honestly felt quite dodgy. Walking into that type of building at night with my wife and two children was not a very pleasant experience. I would suggest being more transparent in the description about where the apartment is actually located.

• Kath (9/5): A lovely way to spend Easter. - The flat was so warm and comfortable and pretty well equipped. We had a few issues that weren’t insurmountable which is why my scorings aren’t perfect. But for location and the vast array of amenities, you can’t beat this gem of a place to stay. There isn’t anything that I didn’t like.

• Dina (9/5): Comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location - Comfortable apartment in a great location. We had everything we needed. It even had a washing machine with adryer, which was a big plus.
• Shelley (8/5): Well decorated comfortable apartment. - The apartment was well situated and easy walking to bus stops and Victoria park. It is in a large residential housing estate on the 4th floor accessible by stairs and lift. It was reasonable quiet though the school next door was a bit noisy prior to school starting. There were shops in the area. The Kitchen was well equipped ( Please provide a cutting board) The apartment was clean and spacious for London. The hot water was off when we got there so we only had a hot shower the next day. Please check that this is left on as if was a very hot day and we really needed a shower. Fix the grid gate at the front door so that one can leave the door open on a hot day ( heat wave ) and get a through draft. We had to accept a parcel for the host. I felt that this was not our responsibility as if anything happened to it we would be to blame.

Spacious, fully equipped, airy, full of natural light, and located right next to the park and shops that matter. The hosts were exceptional in every way. By far the best stay I’ve ever had in London. The kitchen has what you’d need if you want to eat in (I didn’t). The bed is super comfy. The flat is very quiet as it’s on a higher floor (there is an elevator). As with many buildings the front door lock took a bit of jiggling to figure out.

The management were able to arrange my reservation at short notice and the check-in was very straightforward too. I had no complaints about the property.

I was going to All Points East and the location is perfect for getting to/from Victoria Park and a short walk from Homerton overground station so easy to get to and from most things WiFi was rather patchy and completely stopped working at one stage, but thankfully we weren’t spending too much time in the property
• Alexandre (10/5): Ideal for a family trip in London with a car - The location is amazing, ideal for coming with a family car in London. They were very helpful and were able to arrange a car park permit for the duration of the stay which is invaluable with car park limitation. It allowed us to park in front of the apartment while going downtown in public transportation easily. Great to have Victoria Park next door, for playing with kids and eat outdoor. Also has many shops nearby, it is a living neighbour, safe and enjoyable. An effort has been made on the decoration and it was an agradable stay. An additional chair, even if foldable, would be a good addition for the kitchen. Bathroom is a bit on the lower side, with high water pressure of the tap and noisy flush refill, the air extractor could use a cleaning.

Spacious, well presented, well furnished, light filled top floor apartment in an older apartment complex. Located minutes from beautiful Victoria Park as well as vibrant Hackney High Street, bus stops , overground and train stations and the diverse, multi cultural melting pot that inner city London offers. This is a great base for a trip to London offering easy access to central London, Stratford and Canary Wharf and at the same time allowing you to experience London as locals do The apartment is very clean and well appointed giving you everything you need for your stay The hosts are very communicative, responsive, professional, helpful, supportive and understanding so that you feel they really care about your stay and enjoyment Highly recommended and very good value for money Nothing not too like

• Lynda (5/5): Lovely apartment, a few noise issues - The space itself is lovely, very clean, lots of nice additional touches, like tea and coffee and a radio. Very large one bed place. Unfortunately, as the flat is in fully populated residential block, it was not quiet. The bedroom is adjacent to a walkway with quite a lot of footfall and noise. I didn't feel I could leave the windows open. The noise from neighbours was easy to hear. This meant I felt I needed to be extra quiet. I used the stairs as my first experience of the lift to the 4th floor wasn't great, the lift wasn't clean. Luckily, I'm not phased by stairs. I actually only stayed one night and got a train home on the evening of the 4th. I didn't feel particularly comfortable being there as a solo traveller, which is something I do a lot. Perhaps also warn guests about the noisey water system in the bathroom.

The flat had a horrible musty (damp?) smell. There were hairs in the bed. (Yuk) The floor had not been cleaned and the skirting boards were dusty. It felt like the place needs a really good deep clean. With these minor improvements in place, it would be a lovely apartment, but we were disappointed and did not feel comfortable relaxing in an unclean space.

The hosts were super responsive and I couldn't have asked for more - they were also really helpful when I thought I might have left something in the apartment. The area too is perfect! Right next to Victoria Park and with cute little cafes and delis, I just wished I could have stayed longer! Nothing :)

Quick call and was immediately directed to the right lock box by a very kind property manager despite it being 6.30pm.
