- Jordan (1/5): Très décevant, pire expérience dans cet immeuble - Il y avait des taches sur les draps, ainsi que de larges taches blanches et brunes sur le canapé. Une forte odeur nauséabonde rendait également l’ensemble très désagréable.
Le check-in a été extrêmement long, car leur site dédié au dépôt de garantie ne fonctionnait pas, et personne n’est venu m’assister à l’accueil.
J’ai déjà séjourné à plusieurs reprises dans ce complexe hôtelier. Malheureusement, il s’agit de la pire expérience que j’y ai vécue, aussi bien lors du check-in que pendant le séjour. J’ai d’ailleurs quitté le logement avant la fin de ma réservation.

- Marina (4/5): I strongly do not recommend this place for accommodation. - The location is convenient. There is a beautiful view of the city. At check-in, the room was not prepared. It was dirty, and there was an unpleasant smell throughout the room. The floors in the shower were dirty and sticky. In addition, there was no hot water in the shower for several days. There were cockroaches running around the room. The sink drain was not working properly. I asked the staff to fix it, and they did, but the hot water issue was resolved very slowly, so I had to shower with cold water for the entire week. Moreover, at check-in the staff took a deposit of 200 Malaysian ringgit, which has still not been returned, even though a month has already passed. They have been unable to return the money for a whole month. This is fraud.

Para hacer una transferencia y para recibirla se me cobran comisiones por parte del banco. Al final no dejé deposito, pero perdí más de una hora en este tramite. Deberían de encontrar otro sistema para pedir deposito.

- NENA (4/5): PLEASE CLEAN YOUR PLACE - THEY PROVIDE THE TOWEL AND ALSO SHOWER GEL. SMELL IN THAT PLACES.
- Khairi (6/5): Overall, I really like this place. But please make sure to improve customer service. - We do like the location of the property. Very aesthetic vibes, the view from the property was magnificent with KL Tower and KLCC view. Comfortable bed with enough pillow for each person. Quiet specious space as well, which we really like. A lot actually.
1. They don't provide carpet for the bathroom, causing the floor at the living room wet.
2. The property wasn't properly maintained by the host. The property smells moldy in both bathroom and living room (no fragrance or scent provided to unsure the room smell nice and welcoming). The air-conditioned licking (have to stay 1 night with wet floor and some part of the bed).
3. The host are very slow to respond when we ask any update's about the complaint. Which very annoying and they seems doesn't care on their customer.

But they gave us one room with one large bed and another room with two separate beds! On the website this room was cheaper and they did not give us any compensation! Instead they offered another hotel! Horror! I got so much stress! The rooms smelled very strongly of sewage! I lost a day when I was waiting for them in the room for them to fix the situation with the smell! Some man came and just gave us an air freshener! Horror! These are scammers! Never book rooms through this company!!!!

1. the times I stayed, the wifi that I was supposed to get for free in the place I rented, did not work.
2. The first time I stayed at this place, I got uncomfortable because the facilities that I should be able to enjoy were damaged, and there was no good response when I asked for responsibility for my rights.. very unprofessional in preparing the place to be rented...

The operator need to check properly condition of the room before rent out. During my stay, the bathroom sink and floor trap is blocked. Informed administrator in whatsapp as told by the reception counter but no solution on that.

The entire experience with Homebrickz was unpleasant and it irks me to even comment about the situation in the "positive" part of this review. Please read the next review for the "negative" part. Tldr; don't book this room as most things in this room is either broken/unusable
The stay (referring to Room 10-02 in Ceylonz) felt like a huge scam; lights were flickering and not functioning, the shower area was constantly semi-flooded as the drainage didn't work. WiFi is not usable (connected with no internet), and TV doesn't work either as there isn't any connection. Switches were not working as well, thus the table lamps flickered when used. My partner and I spent the second night in near darkness as the flickering lights could just give us epilepsy.
Bring your own towel as fresh towels are not available.
Customer support tried to help, but the response was so slow that it is basically not helpful as the issues were unresolved by the time we checked out. The excuses they provided to the issues were also not consistent.
Horrendous experience for the price we were paying for. The entire ordeal literally traumatised and made me cry that I would never book any room under HomeBrickz ever again.
Lowkey wished I read the reviews here properly before booking when I realised I wasn't the only one experiencing this. Screenshots (as I can't upload videos here) from my experience as proof that I'm not just some rude/crazy guest.
Fyi, not even the receptionist would be able to help as they can't do anything as Homebrickz is a third party platform. (Bless them as they have been so kind to assist me to connect with HB customer support even though it's out of their job scope)
(Was offered/promised voucher for next visit as a compensation, but haven't gotten it by the time this review is written. Sigh)

It mentioned about the LIVING ROOM , but when we’re get there it’s not what on the picture on booking.com website . On top of that you don’t even have a spare keys for my son . He’s been waiting with us and took you so long to fix it . Oh fyi my son bedroom should be two beds that’s what we pay but again you scammed us it’s only one bed 😡. Shame on you CEYLONZ SUITES HOMEBRICKZ. I don’t even wanna rate you . I’m as a Malaysian very much embarrassed on how you treat me and my family .

Many things did not even work, I had to go and BUY MY OWN iron for my clothes...When i got in, the bathroom was completely wet as though someone had just taken a shower and walked out; It had not been cleaned at all. The team said they will send a cleaner to actually clean the place, but they didn't...
Everytime I asked if I could get some service, they would say absolutely unhelpful things like "sorry cannot ya..." and not put in any effort at all. it was like I was talking to a chatbot.
I actually checked out early by 2 days and left, I couldn't handle the place anymore. I went and booked a place somewhere else and went there.

Loved the sitting area by the window. The view - but it was lovely greenery, and we hardly in to enjoy it either. BUT can we have a shower curtain in the bathroom - will stop the shower from splashing/wetting the small bathroom. :-)

The room is not as described, no separate sitting area.
The room was not clean, with hair in the shower, the coffeecups were sitting dirty in the drawer.
Hardly any cuttlery, no panns to cook. Lights in the shower were broken.
Really disapointing.
Complained to the Landlord, but he/she did not bother⁷

The homeBrickz staff were cooperative but the apartment landlord refused to provide the WiFi password No daily cleaning services , if you asked for cleaning you have to pay 100 Rm equal to 30 $ per day. Secondly the hot water was not available all day. The WiFi password was wrong so imagine staying without WiFi for 10 days.
