• Gundula (8/5): Maison renovée au calme - La maison était bien équipée et très propre à l'arrivée. La piscine et la terrasse confortable. Le téléviseur était très grand. La maison était bien rénovée avec goût. J'avais cru comprendre que l'espace était plus grand, un peu juste pour 4 adultes lorsque le temps n'est pas assez chaud pour rester dehors. Le fait que la maison était loin de tout et qu'il fallait utiliser la voiture pour chaque déplacement ne nous a pas plu. Il manquait une essoreuse à salade.

• Rene (9/5): Nazomeren in Casa Julia Moraira - Het huisje was sfeervol ingericht, alle benodigd heden waren aanwezig. De gezamelijke tuin met zwembad vonden wij zeer mooi en goed onderhouden. De ligging van het huisje ligt op 20 min lopen van het strandje in Moraira in een rustige straat, in de buurt allemaal gelijkwaardige huisjes die er ook goed onderhouden en gezellig uitzien. Moraira is een gezellig stadje met diverse winkels en restaurants en redelijke prijzen. In de omgeving zijn diverse leuke plaatsen die je kunt bezoeken , een auto is wel aan te raden als je wat meer wilt zien van de omgeving. We gingen voor de zon in het najaar hebben we volop gehad, lekkere temperaturen van 18 tot 22 graden, heerlijk, van zes weken 1 dag bewolkt geweest. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Het enige wat jammer is dat het zwembad niet verwarmd is, we hebben er de eerste week wel een paar keer gezwommen, daarna vonden we het toch te koud worden. De lattenbodem van het bed kraakt bij elke beweging die je maakt, je went eraan, matras oke.

• Goñi (10/5): ESTUVIMOS ESTUPENDAMENTE. LO RECOMIENDO. SI PODEMOS, REPETIREMOS. - La tranquilidad del sitio. Aunque un poco alejado de la playa, es un lugar muy tranquilo. Estuvimos muy a gusto. La casa es muy moderna y que haya aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, se agradece, porque hizo muchísimo calor. Philipp, el administrador, muy dispuesto y amable en todo momento, con un par de problemillas que nos surgieron y Henning, el dueño, un encanto, desde el primer momento que contactamos.

• Rob (9/5): Fabulous holiday with fabulous accommodation. - On arrival we were met by the friendly Philipp who showed us round the property, The bungalow is very modern, we have stayed on this complex Florida Park many times in other bungalows and rate this property the best yet, very clean, modern with everything you need, and fabulous pool area, we definitely hope to stay again. The beds were a quite firm/hard but we got used to them, they were also quite creeky/noisy when getting in and out of bed!
• Philip (8/5): Pleasant and quiet stay in a well appointed bungalow - The property is in a very pleasant and quiet location. It is well appointed and has space to sit outside. The aircon was very welcome as was Netflix. The lounge was very comfortable and roomy. The nights were very quiet and peaceful, so easy to sleep, and the window blinds helped keep the bungalow quiet and cooler. The mattresses were very firm, too hard for us both. Whilst, the area was tranquil and quiet, it was quite a walk in and out of Moraira in the heat. Also, no fault of the host, but it wasn't always possible to get taxis. There were a couple of restaurants within relatively easy walking distance, although quite expensive. Also it was necessary to sign a tenancy agreement, which we found rather difficult due to our age and limited technology skills
• Andrea (10/5): Lovely week away - For us a perfect location, nice walk to the front and many restaurants etc but with some local places to eat if the walk wasn't wanted. Extremely peaceful yet not isolated.. Just perfect 😊 Nothing wrong with the apartment, we were just a little unfortunate with the weather, but that didn't spoil our stay, as the apartment was very comfortable to sit in on an evening.
• Justin (8/5): Apart from the matress I had a enjoyable stay - I like the fact it was self catering and located on the ground floor.Also the air conditioning was great. The mattress was very very hard.I like a firm mattress but this was extremely uncomfortable.I think it would be better to get a medium mattress so that it can cater for types of preferences.
• Saeid (9/5): 5 star accommodation with everything possibly needed. Location is perfect and the host is superb. - The communication from the owner is excellent. The villa has been renovated to the highest standard and on arrival it was was super clean. Everything you need for a 1st class stay is provided. It actually feels more like a 5 star hotel than a villa. The person who greets you with the key is very professional. The pool is large and very clean. Towels, beach towels, bedding etc are all provided. If you book this villa you will not be disappointed. A superb BBQ and new outside dining table and chairs is perfect for alfresco eating. There are also sunbeds to use by the pool area or on the roof terrace. The location is just a few minutes drive into the town/beach. There is a lovely bar within walking distance. The only thing missing and is needed is an electric insect zapper for the mosquitos.
