• Jodie (10/5): Beautiful apartment, great location, wonderful hosts. - Our stay here was excellent. We were met at the apartment and warmly welcomed by the lovely hosts. They were very accommodating to our plans, which we very much appreciated. The apartment is very large and airy and in a lovely location. Safe area with some lovely restaurants and a large park nearby. We walked everywhere from the apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our family stay. We would definitely recommend this place for family stays.
• Dorina (10/5): Super nice - The apartment is big and the view of the garden makes it very relaxing. The rooms are big, the kitchen is separate from the living room. The host were very nice and friendly.
• Veronika (9/5): Very nice accommodation with a charm - We were very warmly welcomed by Massimo and his friends, who came on an agreed time to give us the keys. The apartment has a charm, it is really nice, comfortable and spacious and it was also very clean. The accomodation is near the underground/metro station Politico (it takes only about 10-15 minutes to get in the city centre). a little noisy at night as it is close to a junction
• Edward (9/5): Very comfortable and welcoming - - Massimo and his friends were very friendly and helpful - the style of the apartment - modern but in a traditional building - beds very comfortable - close to a lovely trattoria - a little noisy on one of the nights - is close to a junction - very hot in Rome while we were there - keep shutters closed in the day!
• Suleewan (9/5): Good for resting for another hard day's work.😍 - I had the opportunity to stay last week with 2 other friends for 1 night. The owner is very kind and friendly. I checked in at the rate but he did not charge me any extra. It was very good. For me, the room is big and very luxurious. It is worth to stay.. There is air conditioning. Easy access.
• Ewelina (10/5): Exceptional - The hosts were very accommodating and helpful, even with out strange flight times - we could keep our luggage there for a while. The location is perfect - on the metro line, 2 stops from the Termini station but far enough from the crowds that you could relax in peace after a busy day. There is a big grocery store by the metro (5min on foot), lots of restaurants and cafes in the area and a big park with a playground.
• Maria (5/5): Disappointing! - Large rooms and clean. We were only able to sleep by sleeping on the floor in the living room away from Via Bari. The apartment complex is 100-years old and has not been improved. There is no working dishwasher, the windows are old, the shutters don’t work, and are rusty. The balcony is old and uncomfortable. The worst part is the noise from Via Bari and the apartment gate. The apartment is on the second floor and faces Via Bari. The main bedroom’s window is right above the noisy entrance gate. Closing the windows don’t help.
• Konstantin (7/5): Spacious apartment with all the amenities. - Specious apartment with everything you may need for a family stay. Grocery in proximity and 5 minute walk from the subway. Bit far from the center. Floors are cold but I suspect this is table stakes in Rome in December, however floor mats, carpets and a clean kettle would improve things massively.
• Eleni (9/5): We had a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend the property. - The property was really close to a metro station, which allowed an easy access to places needed for work, as well as to places for pleasure. Noise early in the morning due to the constructions taking place nearby.
