- Laima (9/5): Central stay in Costa Adeje with everything you need in a vacation apartement. - Amazing location, private pool with a key. Large terrace and all the necessary facilities are there. Very central location, Siam Mall walkable distance and Los Americas also 30min walk away. It’s a bit outdated. Renovation would be necessary soon but everything works perfectly.
- Maxine (10/5): Had a fantastic amazing holiday and really made it more enjoyable staying in that apartment. - The property was absolutely beautiful and had everything in there that you needed. Loved how much storage space was in the bedroom too. There’s nothing really to say what we didn’t like about the property which is why we want to stay there again. Excellent 👌
- Gayle Taylor (8/5): Comfy basic apartment. Does not get any sun day or evening. - Basic but clean apartment. Fresh towels & sheets changed frequently.
Pool view was nice.
Well equipped kitchen.
Felt safe The balcony got no whatsoever, this was super disappointing.
Washing machine would have been nice. As would a bigger TV (absolutely not deal breakers(
The Safe did not work.

- sarah (10/5): - Iwona the host was really helpful, late check out was not a problem.
In an evening when we didnt want to do much, we could sit on the balcony and see and here the hotel's next door entertainment.
Everthing you need to cook a meal, full size fridge, hob, oven.

- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Mihail (7/5): Nice apartment, everything there and close to the sea, but noisy outside. - Keys pick-up is easy - at the reception. Location is super. Kitchen is fully equipped. Apartment is nice.
Apartment is clean (and was cleaned once more on Monday), host very nice, leaving some apples and chocolate for us.
Also we were able to check-out later, so thanks a lot to the host for this. It all was really very nice. Nearby hotel Iberstar puts on music every evening till 23.00. Very loud, impossible to talk on the balcony. But we were ok with it.
It is ground floor: we left windows in the bedroom open to have air (as there is no air conditioning) and we woke up during every night many times because of people coming from parties, but the most noise came from spainsh cleaning ladies and families, standing there and shouting just above our ears.
The sun comes on the balcony in the afternoon, clothes won't dry very fast.
We have seen cockroaches a couples of times (including huge ones) - but they were coming from beneath front door, from other apartments, it seems.
Too much people everywhere, but it's August, one should be ready.
- Helen (9/5): Superb - Perfect location Balcony only got sun in afternoon
- Hazel (8/5): Nice spacious apartment in good location - Nice spacious apartment in very central area close to bars restaurants and the beach. Nice complex with 2 bars, shop, takeaway and 2 pools. Nice bedroom and living room with well equipment kitchen. Good sized balcony. Nice welcome touch of water, beer and small bottle of prosecco.
Complex also had parking and laundrette. The apartment was a lot more expensive than other ones in the same complex ...(we didn't book til quite late on ....so other apartments were booked up).
The kitchen and bathroom, although functionality, could do with an update.
The balcony didn't get the sun til 4pm....but was a good size!

- Alan (8/5): A near-perfect location to enjoy this part of Tenerife - The location is perfect for the coast - everything in walkable distance: bus station, beaches, promenade, seafront, bars and restaurants, shopping centre with a large (Mercadona) supermarket. You can walk all the way to Los Cristianos via Las Americas in one direction and La Caleta via Fanabe and El Duque in the other.
Garden City has two pool areas, one with a cafe-bar. There is also a small shop a few yards away from reception. The staff in reception are excellent. They were all very welcoming and helpful. There is a book exchange which was well populated; a place to leave baggage on the last day prior to going to the airport; also, shower rooms to freshen up before you travel onward. I should say at the outset that this property suited me very well indeed in nearly all ways but, to give a fuller impression, there were a few minor 'improvements' that could be made.
My biggest gripe was being asked to pay a daily charge for using the safe at the property. The safe required an access code which is given to you by reception for €2.50 per day. This was an unwelcome and unannounced surcharge and I have never experienced this when I have stayed in many other locations in Tenerife.
I was told that the complex has undergone some renovation in some apartments. The apartment I stayed in was privately owned and perfectly OK for my needs, but it does show a few signs of age in places. Also, the kitchen could benefit from a few extra items, such as chopping boards, small kitchen knives (there are only very large knives available) and a pair of scissors. Another electrical socket above the worktop would be useful too - there was just one socket above the worktop. Also the apartment needs a broom to sweep the floors - a small hand-brush is just not up to the job.
If you intend to cook, be aware that you will need to buy oils, vinegar, salt, and pepper, seasoning, and so on - there were no items left in the cupboards at all, although there was a welcoming beer, wine and water left in the fridge, which was a nice touch.
The shower would benefit from a pump as it has a very weak flow. The toilet flush needs some attention - it rarely works on first push and you need to keep pushing it for a full flush.
