• Abdelilah (1/5): Déçu, à gâcher mon séjour!! - L’emplacement et la sécurité de la résidence Appartement pas propre du tout, moisissures dans la douche, murs sale, tapis et canapé très sale et taché et le matelas pas du tout confortable et pas de nettoyage compris, ni équipement pour nettoyer soit même! Forte nuisance, concert toutes les nuits dans le stade, c’était infernal.

Die schönen Bilder und guten Bewertungen entsprechen nicht meinem Erlebnis. - Das Gym und die Aussicht im Poolbereich Leider kann ich die positiven Rezessionen nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Entweder bekamen die anderen Gäste modernere Zimmer als ich. Mein Zimmer sah vielleicht vor Jahren so aus wie auf den schönen Werbebildern. Aber dies ist seit Jahren vorbei. Alles war abgenutzt. Das Sofa durchgesessen. Es wirkte für mich alles nicht wirklich sauber. Schade! Auch die Klimaanlage war relativ schwach und dreckig. Meiner Ansicht nach schon sehr lange nicht mehr gereinigt. Mein Zimmer lag direkt auf der gegenüber liegenden Seite des Stadions. Dazwischen die Autobahn. Ohne Ohrstöpsel konnte ich nicht schlafen. Auch ist alles abgewohnt und man könnte meinen die Wände seien aus Papier. Alles hört man. Ich werde hier nicht mehr übernachten.

• Danielle (9/5): Lovely apartment in perfect location - just need to tweak the check in and key card process - The apartment is fantastic, beautifully furnished and very comfortable - the beds and bedding are gorgeous! Amazing view, the master had balcony and an ensuite. Location was perfect - we wanted to spend the evening at Petaling and were able to walk. I would absolutely stay here again - we barely had chance to enjoy it, the pool looked incredible, night views were stunning The check-in process was a faff! We arrived about 40 minutes before the 3 pm time (I had advised on booking that we would arrive between 2 - 3 pm). The apartment was empty, but we had to wait for quite a long time before being told we had to come back. We went for a quick lunch around the corner - and came back. It was a shame as they could have just let us access the room and leave our bags. When we came back, we were told we needed to leave a cash deposit - this was awkward as it was our last night before flying back to the UK, so we were low on cash. In the end, they agreed we could leave card details. We were then told they were updating their system, and our keycard would not open our apartment door - so if we went out, we couldn't get back in! We had to leave the card with reception and pick up from the other tower later. Finally, for a 3-bedroom apartment, I would suggest that one key card (which you also need to access the lift, the pool etc) is not sufficient. Would not stop me from staying, but this is where the review could have been a 10, because the apartment is absolutely top-notch.

• Daan (4/5): Prima verblijf maar hygiëne is ondermaats (kakkerlakken) - Fijne faciliteiten met zwembad en gym. Groot en ruimtelijke kamer. Wasmachine op de kamer. Mooi uitzicht. Hygiëne, we hadden heel veel kakkerlakken op de kamers. Meerdere keren gevraagd om hulp. Er kwamen wat mannetjes in onze kamer insectenspul spuiten. Dit werkte niet echt. Er zaten nog steeds veel kakkerlakken in de kamer. Nog steeds hulp gevraagd, personeel was hierbij niet erg behulpzaam. Het personeel had onze kamer volgespoten met insecten-spray. Hiervan kregen we last van onze ogen en keel.

Staff were great and dedicated check-in as well as check-out counters. This place was the best choice I made for my family. ❤️Thank you Opus Residences! Nothing! Everything was great!

• Said (10/5): Super ! - Super logement avec tous le nécessaire, très spacieux, hyper agréable tout est fonctionnel. La communication avec l'hôte est top toujours très très réactif. Bien situé à deux arrêts de métro du Berjaya Time Square et 3 arrêts de Pavillon ! L'arrêt de métro jalan maharajalela est situé à seulement 2mn de l'hôtel ce qui est très pratique. Chinatown se situe à 7mn de marche de l'hôtel. Je connais parfaitement KL et je recommande fortement cet hôtel j'y reviendrais certainement. Merci pour tout ! La piscine à débordement était fermée tout le séjour et je n'avais pas été prévenu, c'est dommage !

• Mikhail (10/5): Exceptional - Great place. Spent a week here. It has everything for life - washing machine with detergent, an iron with an ironing board, hair dryer. The only thing I was missing - an electrical socket adapter. The only thing I was missing - an electrical socket adapter. It would be great to put couple of it in the room. Also it's pretty noisy from the road if you open a window to get some fresh air (there is no integrated ventilation system). But it's a big city, so the place is still good.

• Yamin (10/5): Superb value for money. - 1) Spacious apartment exactly as depicted in the picture. 2) Check-in\checkout process were smooth. 3) Receptionist was very helpful. 4) Gym and swimming pool were maintained well. Will definitely stay here again for my next trip. No minimart within the facility however you may text them for some basic items like water/instant noodles to be delivered to the room however that is not a 24/7 service.
• Alan (10/5): Excellent trip in KL - Opus Residences provided an exceptional stay, thanks to Ms. Aliaa's warm hospitality and outstanding customer service at the front desk. The room was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The location is fantastic, with plenty of small eateries and supermarkets nearby, plus a monorail station within walking distance. I’ll definitely return to this charming hotel. Highly recommend !! The only drawback was some noise from cars due to the hotel’s position beside a main road.

But i must say, my stay in OPUS KL Residence was spectacular and one of my going to be fav place to stay after this. The staff was helpful and friendly. They granted my request even though they said they will try, but at the end, i got what i requested for. The room was soooo comfy with Merdeka 118 view. Our children were very happy. The bed, pillow, everything was perfect. The wash machine worked well. They prepare detergent too. What a thoughtful act. It was near to Monorail, so its easy for us to explore KL using public transport. Oh i cant describe enough about this place. We will surely come again whenever we want to stay in KL. Thank you very much! The dryer on our room did not function well. Maybe need some maintenance. Only washer was function. But i am happy, its just a small problem 👌🏼
