- Keith (4/5): Rustic Charm! - Rustic charm in a quiet roadside location The location description on the website is totally incorrect. It shows it to be located about half a mile from the centre of Theux, when it is in fact a 25 minutes drive from where it is shown, deep in the countryside. I chose it because of the indicated location as it was (supposedly) within walking distance of the centre for an evening meal. I had to spend a lot of time trying to establish where it was before I travelled, as the address given didn't match the map of Theux. By the time I had established where it was, which didn't suit my requirements, I was locked in to the booking as it was non refundable. Also, nowhere did it state that bed linen or towels weren't provided. The description is very misleading and needs modification.
- Robin (1/5): Very poor accommodation , neglected at best. - We couldn't find the house, the address was wrong and the locals said the English re always going to the wrong location . i had to phone them and ask for a what's app pin to find the house Toilet didn't flush , it was blocked, - i had to unblock it to use it. Wires hanging out the walls and ceiling, plugs didn't work , generally poorly maintained.
