• Louise (8/5): Very good - The apartment is close to taxis, train station, Retiro Park, Hop on Hop off bus tour, within 20 minutes walking distance to the city centre and there are loads of shops, bars and restaurants in the area. The apartment is fully air conditioned and is equipped with everything you need...iron, hair dryer, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc... It was very easy to communicate with beBalmy where all questions were answered promptly. The walk up the stairs to the apartment, as we were told we needed a key for the lift which we didn't get, but spent time looking for on arrival to the apartment as per instructions. The pressure dropped in the boiler so we'd no hot water for 24 hours, so a manual or instructions on how to rectify in that eventuality would have been handy, however our texts were answered promptly but as we had plans to go out we couldn't look at fixing it immediately.
• Jacqueline (8/5): Very good - The space is just right for two people. Appliances and facilities were functional and the living room area was comfortable. Location is also very ideal since we needed to take the train from the Atocha station upon check out. The best however is how quick the owners were to respond to our concerns, since we had some problems with heating and wifi on our first day The bed and bedroom area are small.
