Je kon ‘up’ sturen om je het laatste stukje omhoog te helpen omdat het appartement op een heuvel lag. Appartement was heel ruim, met een mooi dakterras en schitterend uitzicht. Alles was er. Bedden waren wat kort. Voor een gezin met 5 personen is de indeling onhandig (dan ligt iemand in de woonkamer te slapen op een slaapbank).

Dat was een onguur uitziende trap. Die was wel makkelijk te vermijden met de naast gelegen funicolare.

Property just as described and wonderful staff! - The apartment was very spacious and clean and I loved that we had an outdoor patio as well. The staff was wonderful. So helpful with transportation as well! Being located on top of the mountain was a little inconvenient as we had to be shuttled up and down everytime we wanted to go somewhere. But the guys were great about doing it!

La predisposición de los dueños y el personal fue muy buena, han hecho nuestra estancia muy llevadera, y han estado para todo lo que necesitamos, especialmente Luca y Giovani. Inmejorable!! • Lenka (10/5): An incredibly beautiful, unique apartment with a sauna and a view of Vesuvius - We changed our accommodations in Naples at the last minute. My friend and I had originally picked a different place, but this one really caught our eye based on the photos. We travel often, but this was probably the first time we’ve stayed in such a beautiful and spacious apartment. The apartment is in a great location, within walking distance of the city center and the shopping streets. Although the apartment is located on a hill, the hotel’s shuttle service was literally on call—whenever we needed it, a car would pick us up at the bottom, so we didn’t have to walk up the hill. There’s also a cable car right next door that takes you up, but the shuttle pickup was very convenient. The apartment itself is huge, very clean, and everything is spacious. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet. On the second floor, there is a terrace with an incredible view of all of Naples. Both the morning and evening views are breathtaking and unforgettable. In my opinion, this apartment is one of the most beautiful in Naples! Unfortunately, there are only small supermarkets nearby, which didn’t offer much variety, and the restaurants in the area didn’t really appeal to us either, but for good food and drinks, you have to go downtown. There are countless restaurants and shops there. But that’s not a problem with the apartment itself. We have no complaints about the apartment.

The space was spotless, well-equipped and exactly as described—comfortable, quiet and perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

• Tigran (10/5): - This is one of the cases, where the reality exceeds the expectations. When you book, you see nice photos, great location, and an amazing view. But once you arrive you find something much more exciting. We were lucky to have the apartment on the top floor, with the fantastic terrace overlooking the city, the bay and mount Vesuvius!!! First, the apartment is spacious, furnished with a great taste and has anything you need for the stay. If anything needs to be fixed, they do it immediately. There are 2 bathrooms with showers (1 with a bath tab) and an extra toilet on the way up to the terrace. This can easily fit 6 guest as the sofa in the leaving room turns into a large bed. The view from the terrace is charming and the terrace itself is a fantastic place to hang out for your morning coffee with fantastic views or a lounge for your evening wine with the family or friends. And finally the staff. I travel a lot and Luca is the BEST HOST I have ever met. He’s always out there if you need anything, he helps with your trips and gives the best tips about restaurants and attractions. He is friendly, patient and super nice, doing his best to make you feel comfortable not only with the apartment but also your overall travel experience in Naples and the surrounding area. HUGE THANKS! I also want to mention Giovanni, who was driving the free shuttle from the gates to the apartment. He is super nice and polite! If traveling to Naples again with a group, this is my top choice. P.S. the 200 m walk from the gates up to the apartment is easy and enjoyable, but if you have problems and are tired to walk, just text “Up” and they pick you up in few minutes and drive you there for free. The funicular is right next door to the gate and you go 1 stop down and you are in the heart of Naples within 3-5 mins. Same on the way back, get the funicular up and you are at the gate.

• Nicholas (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato qui in un gruppo di otto persone per Capodanno e ci è piaciuto praticamente tutto. L'appartamento è incredibilmente spazioso e pulito, ma è la vista a togliere davvero il fiato. ​L'arredamento è molto curato, con un'attenzione particolare all'illuminazione che crea un'atmosfera splendida. La cucina ben attrezzata è stata il cuore del nostro soggiorno: abbiamo potuto cucinare comodamente per tutti senza sentirci stretti. Ottima la gestione degli spazi: ognuno ha dormito comodamente e i tre bagni (puliti e spaziosi) avevano una scorta di prodotti più che adeguata. ​Un plauso speciale allo staff per i servizi offerti: dalla navetta alla prenotazione del parcheggio, fino al prezioso aiuto con le valigie. Consigliatissimo, ci avete regalato un inizio anno meraviglioso!

The property is on top of a hill. Mario has a shuttle service from the street up and down to the property. Elderly people need to wait for the slots provided when the service works. Example , not early in the morning.

• danny (10/5): Amazing would highly recommend this place to anyone - Very well priced great facilities for what you get (it’s a lot) it’s excellent value, they also provide a transfer to and from the airport I could see people not liking the fact that it’s on a hill however with the internal taxi shuttle service this negates the issue
• Kai (10/5): Perfekte Lage für Stadt Urlaub in Neapel - Perfekte Lage, wenn man Neapel erkunden möchte. Eine kurze Fahrt mit der Schienen Seilbahn und man ist mitten im Getümmel. Die Wohnung ist geräumig mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern und einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse, riesengroß mit fantastischen Blick über Neapel. Located steps from the funicular, the hotel's location makes getting around the city easily. The staff was fantastic, particularly Giovanni. He was so helpful - even managing to get us a taxi to make our ferry when Uber cancelled on us a couple times. The terrace is a definite plus, providing great views. The host provided great food recommendations as well. The beds were comfortable and though the other rooms are spacious, they were cold. There was no place to comfortably gather as a family except the terrace.

• ROMAIN (9/5): Séjour au TOP ! - Logement magnifique. Terrasse incroyable. Personnel au petits soins. Climatisation en plus dans toutes les pièces. Éventuellement un petit lave-vaisselle même si nous nous en sommes passés sans difficulté.
• Gregory (7/5): We had an overall great stay. - The apartment was very spacious. Great separations between the bedrooms and the living and kitchen area. The property had a great terrace with partial view of Napoli skyline. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Giovanni and Kevin were both an absolute delight. We booked an excursion to the Amalfi Coast with Kevin, which was fabulous. Giovanni helped with translations and getting us up and down the drive. We did not like that the main on suite bathroom had the toilet literally in the shower. You cannot shower without getting the toilet wet. Recommendation would be to enclose the shower with glass, because their is enough room. Nor could someone use the bathroom while someone was showering. Also the location is pretty far off from the city center. If you prefer the convenience of having restaurants and stores nearby this is not the location. However if you enjoy being away from everything this would be an ideal location. Just be prepared to either use Glovo or Just Eat, which is Italy's comparison to Grubhub or DoorDash to have food or groceries delivered. The cost for delivery is nominal and usually included in the order price @ 10%.
• Lieske (10/5): Perfect - Amazing location to visit Naples. Very clean and very frienly owner and staff. Very spacious apparment, well equiped kitchen with fridge and private terrace. Everything, definitely recommend for visiting the city of Naples.

• Janet (10/5): Excellent stay for our family - We had the 3 bedroom, 3 bath apartment and it was very spacious for our family of 7. Very comfortable beds with clean, soft sheets. Fluffy clean white towels. Apartment is very clean and well taken care of and Mario and team are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend using their driver Giovanni to pick you up from the airport to take you directly to the apartment to avoid having to bring your luggage from the street up the long steep driveway with 5 switchbacks. There is also Mr Giovanni who is available to drive you up or down the driveway upon request. We ended up not needing that service as the driveway is manageable to walk up without luggage. Going down the driveway was fine as well, including for my 80 year old aunt who is very mobile. The deck and the views were also wonderful. The long steep driveway is intimidating but it was manageable. There aren't cafes or stores immediately next to the apartment, but you can walk down the nearby steps to get to the town.
• Marilyn (10/5): Excellent! - This was a great location and lovely apartment. We had the largest apt with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. One of the baths was in the master bedroom. There were two sofa beds. One on the first and the other on the second floor where the kitchen was. The apt was clean and very modern. The apt matches the images on the site. I had many questions prior to the trip and the host always answered. They were also helpful in assisting with transportation to the condo from the train station. I appreciated Mario meeting us when we arrived. And yes, the walkway is STEEP. BUT VERY manageable. I saw people of all ages walking up and down the walkway. You just need to take a break as you walk up. It is quite lengthy. You also need to be careful as mopeds mostly are zipping up and down the walk way. Of course, Giovanni was also available to drive you and down the hill. He was phenomenal. No complaints.

• Sheela (10/5): Excellent Villa! - Everyone was incredibly responsive to any requests and went above and beyond! Very clean and comfortable villa. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were ideal for our family. Quiet location with a short walk to charming cafes, restaurants and great shopping. Our driver, Giovanni, was excellent and made things were easy for us with a pickup from the airport. He also took us to Pompeii and Vesuvius with a drop off to Positano. He was so easy to work with, we ended up booking with him for our return to the airport.

• Martina (10/5): Quiet appartment in bustling city - We loved our stay! The appartment is huge, quiet, clean, well equipped and the view is amazing. We got used very quickly to walking uphill for 3min from the Funicular station and it was no problem for us, although it was almost impossible to push our stroller up the little street to the appartment😅 The booking of our airport transfers was very easy with Mario, as was the checkin/checkout. Details only so no big deal, but one of the bathrooms gets flooded by how the shower is constructed and remains wet for a while; and there is quite some echo in the appartment as it is big. Maybe a carpet would help with that, or getting a bigger couch which would also be nice to relax even further😊 It also felt a little pricey.

Very close to the Funicular, which we took up and down to get places. Very spacious. The owner was fantastic, incredibly helpful and friendly. A single step at the bottom of the stairs from the kitchen down to the main floor. It was not marked, and jutted out from the stairs without clear lighting and after the end of the handrail. 3 of the 5 guests tripped on this step; I advised the owner of its risk with older guests.

The road to get to the apartment is very narrow with many switchbacks which makes it difficult if a taxi driver has a car which is too large. For example, we needed to bring down all the luggage to the bottom ourselves at departure.

The rooftop has an uninterrupted view over the gulf of Naples, Vesuvius and Castel Sant Elmo. The apartment is very large and well furnished, with all necessary amenities. It ended up being a great location to explore Naples even though it takes a couple of days to get used to the trek to the house, it is indeed 200m from the Funicular as stated, but it's very steep and not many taxis will take you all the way up, so you need to seriously consider this if you have mobility issues.

• Lesley (10/5): Heart of Naples, Great View - The views and location were amazing! We could see the whole city as well as the sea, and we were close to neighborhoods of friendly people, yet just a few blocks from fancy restaurants and museums. There was such a vibrancy all around! Also, the units were clean and well-appointed. The complexity of getting from street level to the units. It is worth it for the views, but each trip out requires a little time. There are two elevators and a little walking, and you need change (some is provided by management to get you started). It's really not that bad once you get used to it, but the first time it seems daunting. It is worth it for the view, and management could not be more helpful.
• Frederick (6/5): Beautiful scenery, in a modern building lacking modern infrastructure. - The view of Naples and Vesuvius-the old city and port - from the rooftop was spectacular! The apartment sits on the side of a mountain that separates the bay from the old city and port. The common space was clean and quite large. The beds were comfortable although made up for winter with heavy quilts. This apartment was not organized for summer. The AC in each room were off when we arrived, and never really turned on enough to cool the rooms, the host controlled this remotely. We requested, and received one fan for each bedroom to facilitate sleeping, but one was very noisy. Heat was exacerbated by the “sauna” room in the center of the apartment, with a large skylight that let in the sun all day. The actual one person wooden sauna sitting in that room was completely unnecessary, the room itself was a sauna. Unfortunately, the bedroom adjoining that room had no source of air except the AC. Would suggest the hosts install ceiling fans in both bedrooms and make sure that all windows have light and sun blocking curtains, as mornings were bright starting at about 4:30. Toilet in one bathroom is in the shower stall. The shower handle falls off. Bathtub only dribbled water out. Drains in Naples are frequently clogged, and once a cockroach ran out of one, but that is likely not the host’s fault, the toilets in the Archeological museum were clogged too. Only four chairs at the table (we were five). Host only communicates in WhatsApp, so be sure you have this app. Only one member of our party of five had this app, and she was then required to relay all concerns and information to the rest of us. She said the host was responsive.
• Barry (10/5): Great central location to see Napoli - Suite was spacious and had a great view The 200 meters to climb up to the building from the top of the funicular that goes up the cliffside, is a bit of an athletic hike but the view is breathtaking
• Shaz (8/5): Excellent stay - Excellent views and location but hard to get bags up except through owner’s car. It’s also quite a hike up. There is access to an elevator but you have to have coins to pay to use and you cannot take luggage up. The owners are great to work with. Very responsive and helpful. They are great hosts. Great parking next door to the drive so that was very helpful for us as the owners arranged. Air conditioning took 12 hours to cool. They have units in each room so top floor was hot for a long time.
• Tanam (9/5): Spacious and modern apartment for a large family overlooking Naples - Clean, modern and very spacious. Excellent communication with the host who was very helpful. Loved the view from the terrace of Naples City. Air conditioning in the rooms could have been cooler. The walk up to the property is a steep hike.
• Elaine (9/5): Wonderful stay in Naples at Vista Napoli - Location was very good. The Apartment was extremely spacious and very clean and the Private Terrace was enormous and views outstanding (should have used it more). Mario was on hand to help out and acted immediately we requested an extension lead. Giovanni was our driver (through Mario) who organised our Airport transfers to and from the Apartment which I would suggest is the best way of getting to the Apartment if you are not using public transport. Giovanni also did a day trip to Amalfi, Sorrento and Positano - worth considering. Mario suggested a few restaurants which we went to, very useful. Naples has a lot of hills but the Apartment is right next door to the Funicular so we used that a lot. Could have done with another sofa as the Apartment is so big. Wet Room - the water doesn't flow away easily. Need more hangers in the wardrobes.
• Charles (10/5): Relaxing location near the castle with fantastic views. - The views were incredible from the patio. The apartment is beautiful. Mario was fantastic to work with. He connected us with a driver that so willing to get around Naples. It’s about a 20 min drive from the train station and airport. It’s about a 15-20 min walk to the Spanish quarter. The funicular was very helpful. We enjoyed the Spanish quarter and felt safe walking around. We appreciated the restaurant suggestions and helpful guide Mario. While the beds are listed as king, they were closer to US double (possibly queen). The air conditioning did not push much air and is controlled by a thermostat in the kitchen area on top floor. It’s a bit of a walk and shopping in a hilly city.
• Jason (10/5): Beautiful apartment in Naples. Close to bus and funicular. Easy to get food delivered. - Very spacious and clean. Upper deck was beautiful. Host was very attentive and super helpful. Really enjoyed Mario. Would highly recommend. Water build up in bathroom. Wasn’t a big deal but looks like it pools up easily. Room needs another couch in main room and more lounge chairs on the upper deck.
• Josef (10/5): Spacious, modern apartment in a beautiful location with a view of Naples - The living area was spacious and on the upper level and the large private terrace was great. The facilities were of a very high standard and the apartment was spotless. The bedrooms are on a lower level.There are two bathrooms and private lift access. Mario, our host, was very helpful. We loved the location adjacent to the Morghen funicular and then to the Metro. There is the very nice and friendly Caffe Eclettico around the corner and many shops for all needs. Nothing really. Naples is a city with steep hills so access to this area could be a problem for some. The stairs within the apartment were no problem for us.

• Nick (10/5): Fantastic city, excellent place to stay and a great host. - The apartment is spacious, clean and well appointed. The owner is very helpful and friendly; communications were excellent. Location is good, the area feels safe and the funicular station is close which gives access to central Naples or Vomero higher up the town. The large balcony has amazing views. Persons with mobility issues may find the hills and steps in the local area a bit of a struggle. However, the apartment itself has lift access.

• Madolyn (10/5): Comfy City Apartment with Spectacular Views! - This is a wonderful apartment, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. All the creature comforts. Washer/Dryer was nice and easy to use. The best part... The view from the terrace..it is/was simply breathtaking. Perfect spot for morning coffee and evening wine. The host (Mario) went above and beyond making sure our stay was perfect. He arranged every detail for us. Parking. Grocery delivery. Late night dinner delivery. Anything we needed he was there to assist. Now, if you don't know Naples finding the apartment will feel a little intimidating. Communicate with Mario. He arranged a driver to pick us up from the car park he pre-booked for us. He will make sure you have proper transportation to arrive safely. If you've never driven in Naples I don't recommend it. Thankfully my husband is a very experienced professional driver and handled the driving for us, but, I will say it was quit the adventure. Scooter rule the roads. This apartment is a short walk to the Fanicular railway (incline) to take you either up to the castle or down into town. The other rail stations are right there and easy to navigate. When returning to the apartment remember everything in Naples is uphill so be ready to walk up hill every time you venture out. It is a little strenuous but very doable. Just an fyi -final comment. Naples is a very gritty city. It is fast paced, a little chaotic and crowded. Definitely an adventure. Be sure to take great care when out and about to protect your valuables. Lots to see and enjoy.
• Grant (8/5): A true Napoli experience but will stay in Sorento or Amalfi next time. - Location was great and somewhat convenient to most major things we want to see. Getting around Napoli is challenging as the funicular only does so much. Apartment was great! The driver GIOVANNI who met us at the station and drove us to the apartment was fantastic. We did a day trip to Amalfi, Positano and Sorento. His recommendation for late lunch La Cantina Del Popolo was fantastic. Have the Limoncello Spritz if you go! Visit the top of the funicular and go to the Castel Sant'Elmo. The views are amazing!! The dryer didn't work despite telling the manager. It was manageable but drying would have been nice. Neighborhood seemed safe but getting there was interesting!

• Vanitha007 (7/5): GOOD STAY! Loved it. - Big apartment with 2 bedrooms which is comfortable. The apartment is also right next to a funicular station (cable car), which is really convenient. The climb up from the road to the apartment. With my toddler, it was difficult. He didn't want to walk, we had to push the stroller or carry him, which was tiring ! Also, the apartment stairs has few open spots and had to be really careful with a toddler!

Located a short walk to funicular station which takes you close to many of the attractions in Centro Storico. The views are amazing, but because the apartment is located up a narrow, curvy road with a large incline, it can feel like a bit of a hike if you walk from the street. Worth the inconvenience for the spacious apartment with a nice view.

Easy to get into central Naples (about a 20 minute walk). Owner was very helpful. Would recommend. Facilities were great but the hot water was a bit tempremental.

It had all the amenities needed. The owner is a very nice guy and so are the people who help care for the property.
• Mark (10/5): Naples 2024 - Great location, great hosts. Nothing too much trouble. The apartment is within walking distance to the city or transport links. The apartment was amazing, particularly the private rooftop terrace overlooking the city and the bay of Naples with the added bonus of an uninterrupted view of Mount Vesuvius. Going in late January avoided the crowds and insane heat of summer. Temperatures hovered around 14c to 16c with no rain. Can't think of anything!!
