• Daniel (1/5): PÉSIMO: SIN TERRAZA, COBROS EXTRA POR BIZUM Y CHECK-IN CAÓTICO - Canarias está bien, la gente es muy agradable Experiencia nefasta y PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA. El anuncio pone en servicios que tiene terraza y vistas al mar que NO EXISTEN; es un piso cerrado con tres ventanas que dan al edificio. Además, oculta un coste de 10€/día por el parking privado del propio apartamento para que el precio parezca atractivo y te indica que el pago por Bizum/Efectivo una vez ya has pagado la reserva. Lo más lamentable es la gestión del check-in: el anfitrión (que vive en Andorra) te obliga a ir a recoger las llaves en una franja horaria impuesta (11h-13h) solo para su conveniencia, pero NO te deja usar el apartamento que ya has pagado. Te hacen ir a coger las llaves, esperar y volver para hacer uso de él a una hora de entrada que 'a priori se desconoce' porque depende de cuándo termine la limpiadora. Una actuación lamentable, te hacen de recadero para recogerles las llaves y un check-in inexistente. Ante mi queja lógica por esta falta de organización, su respuesta fue: 'Si no te gusta, búscate otro Booking'. Un trato prepotente y una coacción intolerable cuando ya tienes el dinero cobrado y al cliente en el destino sin alternativa. Ya denunciado por fraude en servicios. ¡EVITAD ESTE SITIO!
• Sonia (8/5): - La ubicación era buena. Al rededor hay dos centros comerciales, y las salidas a las autovías para moverte por la isla son muy accesibles. Aunque la entrada era a las 16h, nos permitieron dejar las cosas a las 11 de la mañana. Fue genial. Javi, fue muy amable en recomendarnos sitios al igual que la señora de la limpieza. El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las imágenes. Es bonito y cómodo El parking NO es gratuitos, 10 euros adicionales la noche. El apartamento necesita mas limpieza, sobre todo la ducha y el sofá!

• Jaša (7/5): It was good - It was a big and useful apartment. Great location everything was near. The kichen apliances werent clean enough and becaus of that there was a bad smell in the kichen and livingroom.

• Hjort (9/5): Great stay. Nice apartment and facilities and a great and helpfull host. - Great stay. Super nice and clean apartment in a brand area in Las Palmas. There is a lot of construction work going on in the area so there is quite a bit of noice. But only during the day.
• Ernesto (9/5): Beautiful, clean, and conveniently located. Highly recommended. - The flat is very well looked after and the host pays attention to details. Everything is in good working order, fantastically clean. Very convenient location, a very short drive from almost everything in Las Palmas. You’re expected to wash the dishes and take the rubbish out. For the price this seems ludicrous. The handover of the keys might be a bit inconvenient, as one has to adjust the itinerary of the day to fit the collection.
• Anya (10/5): Highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Las Palmas - The apartment was spacious, stylish, and perfect for me as a solo traveler. The building itself was also brand new, super clean, and had stunning views of the area, including a beautiful pool that I enjoyed. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the beach and the mall. It was so convenient to have these popular spots nearby, and I was able to explore the local area with ease by foot (also they have TaxiClick, local taxi app/47 bus nearby) The host, Javi, is an absolutely amazing and great person. He made sure that I had everything I needed and was always available to answer any questions I had. Overall awesome stay!

• Samantha (9/5): we loved it and would recommend it. the property was a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach and probably another 10 min - the property was very well furnished, it had everything in there that you would need and incredibly clean. it was very secure and easily access. The only thing that disappointed me was that the pool wasn’t in commission due to building work in the area, couldn’t be helped but disappointing.
