• Virginia (6/5): Buon prezzo per dormire a Londra - Appartamento molto carino, posizione buona e ben collegata al centro. Fermata del bus a 5 minuti dell’appartamento. Nemi molto carina e disponibile. Pulizia da migliorare. Divano letto diverso dalle foto, non era uno di quelli con il materasso estraibile ed era veramente piccolo per due persone, abbastanza scomodo.

• Maria Antonia (8/5): Muy buena habitación - La cocina y el salón estaban súper bien, la nevera funcionaba perfecto y el jardín era muy agradable. La cama del salón súper cómoda y la habitación amplia y con un espejo muy útil y armarios espaciosos Un poco sucia la habitación, el suelo un poco en mal estado y las paredes rotas en algunos puntos
• Olena (4/5): Disappointing - I didn't like the fact that there was a broken door, which I closed for an hour when we arrived for it.When we got to the place, we couldn't get the keys as we were given the wrong code.There is no magnificent beautiful garden here, just broken chairs and a mountain of garbageThe dishes are very dirty, especially the mugs. Everyone was dirty in divorces.

All Needs catered for, you can cook there however some of the pans and utensils could do with an update. lovely lady remembered extra bedding,thank you. Just some updates to cooking apparatus.

• Nicola (7/5): Comfortable flat - Location was good. About 20 mins to Peckham centre. Easy to get the bus in and out of London No towels when we arrived so went out without a shower. Problem with locking the patio door. Both problems were rectified.

• Melody (8/5): Ideal base for a short trip - Perfect for our needs. Easy 20 min walk to the station for trains into central London. Off road parking nearby. Easy key collection and clear instructions. Everything we needed for a brief overnight stay.

• Greta (4/5): Disappointing - Our experience at this property was disappointing. The listing photos were misleading, as the actual sleeping arrangements were completely different. We expected two double beds, but the setup was not suitable for four people—especially with two of us being pregnant. The living room could barely accommodate one person for sleeping. Additionally, the apartment was freezing when we arrived (11°C), and the bathroom heater was not working. The place was only prepared for two guests, and we had to ask for extra bedding and towels. Even then, the sheets provided didn’t fit the pillows or duvet properly. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and we would not book this property again.

• Sofia (7/5): It’s okay for what you give:) - The apartment was very clean and Nemi was always there for us, when we needed her. She is really kind! The property still needs some things. A coffee machine and some more towels would be ideal. We only received 3 big ones and a small one (for 7 nights). The Peckham area is quiet but it’s also a bit far away from central London. Transpiration system is good though. Also, the people that were staying above us were very loud all the time, the last two nights we were hearing them stepping on the floor very loudly and we couldn’t sleep easily.

• Kathryn (9/5): Really convenient location. - The location was excellent. Area was surprisingly quiet. The flat was spacious. Mattresses on beds- but I realise that’s a personal preference- everyone is different!

• Leonie (10/5): London stay - Nemi was a great host, attentive, kind and made sure the apartment was ready for my stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend this place! There’s even a nice little garden with seating! Nothing

The kitchen was welle equipped. - it was nice that the traffic wasnt too loud We weren‘t sure if they cleaned it after the last group staying there. There were old socks lying around and it was quite dusty. The door didnt seem very stable and it was hard to close. The couch itself was more brown than white. The two beds are quite small, more made for one person than two.
