Yvonne (7/5): Im Winter jederzeit wieder, im Sommer (Kellerwohnung) eher nicht wegen Tageslicht und Sonne. - Die Ausstattung hatte alles was man braucht. Die Größe optimal für 2 Senioren mit Hund, der wie wir herzlich willkommen war. Die Vermieter waren immer persönlich und telefonisch für uns zur Stelle. Der eingezäunte Garten gab uns Sicherheit für unseren Westy. Das die Wohnung komplett im Keller war ( Fenster). Wir wahren eine Woche zu Besuch und dadurch tagsüber nicht vor Ort.

Wir kommen gerne wieder - Ein super liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit allem was man sich wünschen könnte! Es könnte ein bisschen gemütlicheres Licht im Wohnraum sein durch z.B. eine Stehlampe o.ä. ;)

Gina (3/5): Sehr schade, denn mit gründlicher Reinigung, besserer Belüftung und etwas Pflege hätte die Unterkunft aufgrund der guten - Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war gut – ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden. Auch die Ausstattung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung: Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Allerdings ließ der Zustand der Wohnung stark zu wünschen übrig. Schon beim Betreten fiel ein unangenehm modriger, feuchter Geruch auf – wie in einem unbeheizten Keller. Die Wohnung war durchgehend feucht: Das Bett war klamm, das Sofa sogar spürbar nass, zusätzlich schmutzig und stark abgewohnt. Die Sauberkeit insgesamt war mangelhaft. In vielen Ecken hingen Spinnweben, die Kaffeemaschine war nicht gereinigt und im Geschirrspüler befand sich noch benutztes Geschirr vom Vormieter. Zudem war ein leichter Schimmelansatz sichtbar. Für Allergiker und Asthmatiker ist die Wohnung absolut ungeeignet – die feuchte Luft, mögliche Schimmelbildung und der allgemeine Zustand stellen ein Gesundheitsrisiko dar.
