• Marija (7/5): Erfüllt seinen Zweck bei toller Lage aber man darf nicht anspruchsvoll sein - die zentrale Lage , Cafe Maschine, Leichter Zugang ohne Schlüssel und leichter Check in und Out, Wifi und TV Die Ausstattung: Küche zwar da aber zb kein Geschirrtuch oder Topf, Kleinigkeiten um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, es ist eher nur zum Übernachten, zu wenig Handtücher für 4 Tage, Bettwäsche für 4 Personen nur 2 dickere Decken, Fenster nur im Lichthof

• Estefania (7/5): Buenas ubicacion - La ubicación es muy buena y aunque fuimos en navidad, no pasamos frío. Los colchones son demasiado blandos y el sofá super incómodo. A nuestra llegada la cerradura no abría y tuvieron que mandar a alguien a abrirnos. Aunque fueron muy gentiles y son cosas que pasan, estuvimos esperando en la puerta 45 minutos con mi peke de tres años dormida encima. Deberían de cambiar el sistema de apertura.

• Andrea (6/5): - Bueno lo que me gusto: La ubicación, sin duda su mayor punto, puedes ir a ver todo los puntos interesantes andando (eso sí, vas a patear mucho, pero llegas) La equipación es buena , tienes casi de todo y el secador del pelo es bueno, cosa difícil de conseguir en este tipo de alojamientos. La cama comoda, se unde un poco para enmedio pero bien. Tiene una tele grande y se ve bien, cosa también difícil en estos alojamientos. El chek in, fácil te envian el código y es totalmente independiente sin ver a nadie. El chek out es bastante tarde cosa que tampoco es habitual. Bien aqui voy hacer muchas matizaciones, la primera, yo lo dejaría en un apartamento céntrico, lo de precioso igual un poco sobrevalorado. Bien, el apartamento esta para mi parecer muy mal aprovechado y distribuido lo que lo hace un poco agobiante, cocina minuscula y el aseo mas de lo mismo y añadir que la puerta no cierra del todo, en la ducha no te puedes agachar a lavarte los pies sin darte con todo y mover el grifo y quemarte la espalda. Es un semisótano, tiene dos ventanas y un patio al que no se puede salir pero tiene acceso y seria un punto fuerte adecentarlo, quitar los electrodomésticos podridos de ahi y le daría muchos puntos la verdad. Huele un poco a humedad al llegar aunque luego al estar alli se va disipando un poco. El sofa de lo mas incómodo, una de las habitaciones sin puerta, el suelo con una moqueta asi con manchas. La zona para comer una barra, esta bien es bonita pero las butacas se menean que no veas. En resumen yo le cambiaría la distribución, quitaria una habitación y lo haria de otra manera, lo modernizaria un poco, ampliaria cocina y aseo y arreglaria el patio. Y por último, las toallas cada una de su padre y de su madre y me las encontré ahi en una bolsa de Ikea y dos fueras encima de un puf, un poco feo eso. Conclusión para dos personas, no más y para ir a dormir sirve.

Ótimo custo benefício. A localização era fantástica! E o apartamento muito aconchegante. Ambiente silencioso permitindo descansar muito bem.

• Ottavia (8/5): Madrid in famiglia - Appartamento fornito di tutti i confort necessari. Piccolo ma ben disposto. Il proprietario si è dimostrato incredibilmente gentile venendo incontro alle nostre richieste. Unica nota negativa, i bidoni presenti nell'appartamento sono un po piccoli, soprattutto se si rimane per un tempo prolungato e bisogna fare attenzione a ripulire sempre la cucina perché se no arrivano le formiche.

• Ioanna (3/5): Not a very pleasant experience - The location The house was a basement apartment that smelled of mold and dampness, and it received no sunlight at all. There were two rooms—one had no door, and the door of the other didn’t close, so there was no privacy. There was no balcony, only a window facing another building, and when you opened it, you could smell the ventilation and cooking odors from the entire apartment block. The bedsheets were dirty; when we shook the duvet, a cloud of dust came out, as if it had never been aired. The wardrobe where we tried to put our clothes was extremely dirty, as was the entire house.

• Elda (6/5): Pleasant - Staff and location Apart from the good staff and location, the rest left something to be desired. The washed sheets had bird droppings, the towels were stained, it was dark, there was no ventilation and on top of that, I made a reservation for 4 people and the room was super small. I'm sorry to have to say it like this but it's true. I've never stayed in such an unpleasant environment.
• Erikasalazar (9/5): Good location, comfortable and has everything needed - Location is great. It is comfortable. Staff was nice. The kitchen has everything needed. Just small things about maintenance that did not affect our stay like: stained walls and furniture.
• Susan (6/5): Great location but very small and a bit tatty. - Location was very good. Water was hot. Television was good. Good security. Water could suddenly turn scalding hot. Stools were very wobbly and needed fixing. Bed pillows did not fit pillow cover and at least one pillow was past its use by date. Sliding door bolt broken. Kitchen was very small and outside kitchen looked like dumping area. More hooks needed for clothes in bathroom and second bedroom. Apartment needs some TLC.

• Stephen (7/5): Decent place for lads on the football trips as it will do as a base. - Location good. Communication with owner also good. The place is advertised as a three bed apartment. So why no bedding for the third bed or towels for the third person. We had booked for three people.
