rita (8/5): Nel complesso accettabile! - Ottima posizione, un po complicato arrivare perché essendo sul fiume è possibile arrivare solo nelle vicinanze ma la vista ripaga. Camera e bagno un po datati ma puliti. Il bagno troppo piccolo è datato.
Nuria (9/5): Recomanable - Vam demanar canvi d'habitació perquè feia molt soroll i les vistes eren una paret. Vam pagar la diferència per una habitació amb vistes al riu. Va valer molt la pena. El personal és amable. Molt bona situació. La reserva inclou esmorzar. No hi ha un lloc per esmorzar. Ho has de demanar a recepció i t'ho pujen a l'habitació. En el nostre cas : un ou dur, dos panets i un got de llet de soja.

ANTONELLA (6/5): Carino ;) - Struttura carina, con affaccio sul fiume. Staff gentile anche se non parla inglese. La colazione ci è stata servita in camera e non ha incontrato il mio gusto. La struttura è un pó piú spartana rispetto alle foto.

Ine_pops (10/5): Alojamiento estupendo! - La amabilidad del personal. Nos hicieron un upgrade de habitación con vistas al río, espectaculares. Buena ubicación para conocer y visitar el lugar. Nada que destacar.
Zsófia (10/5): - Good location - very close to the ancient city and to the railway station. Room is nice and comfortable with a nice view to the river. It was quite cold in the room but the AC was very noisy.
Henrik (8/5): Gutes Zimmer, gute Lage am Fluss, schöne Sicht vom Balkon. - Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Flussblick gebucht, das lohnt sich! Vom Hotel aus direkt am Fluss entlang ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. In Hotelnähe gibt es keine keine Karaoke-Bars, also gut für eine ruhige Nacht. Sehr gute Betten! Achtung: es gibt keine Didi‘s in Fenghuang. Das normale Taxi vom Bahnhof zum Hotel kostet 25-30 CNY und bringt Euch zu einem Haltepunkt ca. 150 m entfernt vom Hotel, ab dort geht’s zu Fuß bis zum Hotel. Personal an der Rezeption konnte uns nur einen privaten Transfer für 50 CNY anbieten und sah keine Möglichkeit ein normales Taxi zu rufen.

SHAOHUA (9/5): - 江景房，有沱江景色可看。離磁浮鳳凰之眼站不算遠，走路時五分鐘。在上游區，離中心區走路不遠且商店也不少，鬧中取靜。

Il personale è molto disponibile anche se parla pochissimo l’inglese, ma con il traduttore è tutto molto semplice. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Non c’è la colazione e nella stradina dietro l’hotel ci sono molti ristorantini che però hanno cibo esclusivamente orientale Niente

Giannis (7/5): Good - Very pleasant and helpful reception. She saved the Hotel 100%. Reception buy us breakfast every day from the bakery fresh. Hot water was unstable so we can’t do a proper shower.
Ploy-juda (7/5): Good - The hotel is by the river on the quieter side of the town. The staffs are friendly. They may not speak English very well but they try to communicate with us and we understand each other. Unfortunately, there's a renovation going on at the time that we book. We got downgrade to another type of room. The hotel gave us discount but they should have informed us before hand. We also get one towel with holes in it. :(

Jorge (9/5): Very good! - Hotel Fwnghuang Room 8315 Rest: The air conditioning worked very well. You could hear some noise from outside as there were many people in the alleyways. Room: The bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve tried in a hotel, with two types of pillows. The bathroom had a shower, and we had a balcony with a hammock overlooking the river. Cleanliness: Very clean. WiFi: Not used. Breakfast: The hotel did not have a restaurant for breakfast, but they offered us a choice between oriental and western breakfast. We chose the latter, and they brought coffee, sandwiches, eggs, and Chinese buns. Location: Located almost at the end of the busiest area, but still well situated. Notes: The best rest during my trip to China was at this hotel, not only because of the bed and cleanliness but also due to the hospitality and attention of the front desk girl, who was always attentive and helped us with everything we needed.

Linh (9/5): Superb - At first I didn't really like the room when I walked in, but the staff offered to clean it despite late. They also book a car to help me from the problems in my train, and was never hesitate to use a lot of translate to communicate. The staff in here is splendid, even though can't speak English. I have had a great time here. I recommend this place for your Fenghuang gucheng stay. But if you don't speak Chinese, or can speak a little, don't worry because the staffs are very patience, but have a good translate app on your phone beforehand. The room wasn't really clean, but it is comfortable in overall

Its location in the old town at the foot of the river is perfect, the views from the room spectacular and good cleanliness. From the first moment we were received excellently, explaining the important points of the city, the hotel services (laundry, super full breakfast, ...). The hotel has far exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend it. Nothing to say.
