Very noisy, apartment and balcony is directly above main street with constant heavy traffic. We could not sleep there, and owner declined our complains and took it personaly, even blaming us.

• Javier (10/5): Estancia tranquila, comoda y rodeado de buenos restaurantes - Es un lugar muy tranquilo, en el pueblo de Adeje, sin tanto jaleo del turismo de la isla. Rodeado de buenos restaurantes para comer rico. Fueron muy amables y acogedores con nosotros. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y todo nuevo y reformado. Sin duda un lugar donde volver cuando pisemos Tenerife de nuevo. Nada, todo perfecto.

The apartment was fully equipped, spacious, clean, modern, and located in a central yet very quiet and peaceful location. They recently added a rooftop pool, which is very convenient and exclusive because it can accommodate up to six people. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for practical, beautiful, and safe accommodations!

• Linda (10/5): The perfect place to stay! - The appartment is perfect in every way! How clean everything was, was just outstanding! When you travel a lot, you know how special this is. But the place was spotless. Also the bed was extremly comfortable and the appartment is spacious and very light. The kitchen has everything you need and if you step outside there is a Supermarket accros the street where you can get Fresh Bread and eggs. The host are very kind and welcomming and i do advice to book the parking under the appartment because there is no available space in the streets surrounding. When we come back to Tenerife, this will be our spot. Nothing!

De supervriendelijke en lieve gastheer en gastvrouw zorgden ervoor dat we ons meteen thuis voelden. Ze waren enorm behulpzaam en gaven ons geweldige tips om het eiland te verkennen, waardoor onze vakantie echt onvergetelijk werd. We hebben genoten van elk moment en waarderen hun gastvrijheid enorm. We hebben beloofd zeker terug te komen — en dat menen we ook! 💛 Heel erg bedankt dat we bij jullie mochten verblijven. Tot snel! 🌴✨

Die Lage im Städtchen Adeje vermittelt mehr authentisches „Spanien-feeling“ als die grossen Hotels am Strand. In der Nähe hat es verschiedene Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns viele gute Tips gegeben.

La chambre était impeccable : très propre, parfaitement entretenue et joliment aménagée. Le service de nettoyage était lui aussi irréprochable. Une expérience que je recommande sans hésitation. Si vous avez une voiture payer le parking car il est très difficile de trouver une place !
• Clive (8/5): really enjoyed our stay.Our hosts were very helpful. We would return again - it’s very new and in apple pie condition.The room was very comfortable. It’s close to a number of good restaurants within walking distance. we were there for a weeks sunshine vacation.While there is a direct bus linking it to the coast it’s not a very frequent service and the journey takes up to half an hour. We hired a small car which was perfect for our stay for which there is carparking on site.
