Lord-Incisa (5/5): Beyond the first impression, not recommendable. - The property makes a nice first impression. Good location. Incessant loud noise from the street at night (windows are of old and worn out). Check out at 10am is worse than a standard hotel. Not enough water pressure in the bathtub (and nozzle to be replaced). Place is large but dim light and space distribution is weird. Overall, there's much room for improvement. No lights on the stairs (the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator).
